Just to update! Rentalcover replied to my previous post saying they will be in contact, a month has gone by and they lied and have not sorted my payment out. Please do not fall victim. I have taken legal action against this company

I submitted my claim on Friday and was refunded in the early ours of Tuesday. Very impressed with how easy and straightforward the process was. If all applicable proof is there, you will likely won't even speak to someone. An excellent experience.

I had an outstanding experience with RentalCover. When returning my rental car at Cluj Airport, a minor windshield chip was identified, and the rental company charged me €660 + VAT.

I submitted my claim through RentalCover’s website with the required documentation (rental agreement, condition report, photos, and payment receipt). The filing process was very straightforward.

Genuinely I rarely write reviews and I’ve never had an incident with a rental so this was also a first. I got into a small accident in the UK scuffing out rental car and was so so worried about dealing with this when we got back home. I submitted all the paperwork our rental agency gave us and within a week my claim was approved and I got the money that day. Seriously best money spent ever on this coverage! I’ll be using them anytime we go abroad!

Easy, fast and cheap!

i used Rental Cover for a rental in Europe. The rental company (SIXT) was super picky and issued damage claim for minor scratches on door panel and rims. I notified Rental cover and provided the docs from car rental company and they promptly issued refund. Great price for 4x4 cover for a fortnight. Ended up with 2 punctures and a cracked windscreen over the course of the off road trip. Submitted invoices and claim and had it accepted within 48h and the money paid in to my account within 96h. Will definitely use again

A pebble thrown up on the highway made a large chip in the front windshield. After filing all the forms I was reimbursed by RentalCover in 3 days. It was all very seamless.

The price is fair, easy and clear process to get the insurance. The terms are also very clear. We needed to claim due to vandalism of the car - and the claim process is very clear and leads you through all of the paperwork that you need, being methodical and easy to submit. We had 1 request for additional paperwork for clarification and then it was processed for payment, which came through promptly. The whole process does take some time, but it was painless. Definitely recommend for clear process, good service and efficient action.

I had taken this extra cover out by chance, as the additional cost was very reasonable. When i suffered damage to the rental i immediately began the claim process. The process was clear and reasonably simple. I received the full amount without quibble or challenge. I would recommend this cover to anyone, and will use this company again without hesitation.
