Ordered as a special gift for my daughter’s 30 birthday with a photo of her dad who passed away when she was 11. Ollie was amazing throughout the process, lots of communication and spent time making sure the image - taken from an old, scanned photo - was just right. I've not experienced this level of customer service in a long while!
Ollie was very exact in getting things just right.
He wasn't happy with what he'd produced and was honest enough to say so and ask if I could bear with him whilst he got my Stanhope lens image to perfection and to a standard he was happy to send out. They are beautiful, emotive pieces of jewellery.
Made all the more special when the person creating them really cares about the product rather than the money to be made. Highly recommended and you can be sure you are in good hands here.
