A really fantastic product and a very personal service with regular updates along the way from the lovely Ollie. I would totally recommend Remember. I like the item I bought for my friend so much, I'm thinking of getting one for myself. Such a lovely way to keep memories of loved ones close to you and total value for money.

Delighted with both the gold Lupa Stanhope lens necklace and the silver Vida Stanhope lens (Pandora compatible charm). Ollie was so helpful, compassionate and understanding after I lost my son unexpectedly. He advised me on a slight background change to the photo I had supplied which enhanced the eventual outcome. I can now carry a reminder of my son not only in my heart but to see him whenever I wish. Ollie went over and above to make sure that I was happy with the products and I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a stanhope cat pendant for my wife's Christmas gift. I was impressed by the personable, punctual and careful customer service. My tardy ordering in early December still got delivered on the 21st December. Good firm. And a shout out to Ollie, my contact and jeweller who did a top job.

Ordered three necklaces from Ollie for my sisters and myself recently. Excellent service, great communications from Ollie throughout, plus a lovely message with the package. Love the necklaces and the picture is such a nice way to remember my parents.

Ollie was fantastic with the whole experience. He advised me on photos, showed me what they would look like and even hand delivered the necklace in time for Christmas! An amazing gift that was worth every penny.

Great product, excellent from start to finish

What a beautiful, meaningful piece. It means so much to have this - and the care, attention and effort that Ollie went to , to make it absolutely perfect was phenomenal. Beautiful, beautiful gift. I happened upon this necklace searching for a piece of jewellery to remind my mum of a much loved cat that we recently lost. Ollie was brilliant throughout and the customer care experience was second to none. I haven't given the item yet but knowing how it made me feel I know she will love it. The necklace contains a picture of an amazing cat and this piece does his memory the ultimate justice.
