I have been using Refine for around two…

I have been using Refine for around two and a half years and have never had any problems. I'm currently undertaking my prescribing qualification and in the meantime use another prescriber for POM. The prescription request process is very quick and easy and there are a number of delivery options available. If I have ever had to contact Refine with any queries, the team have always been very helpful and my questions have always been well responded to. They also hold regular reviews with their customers to ensure that they are re meeting our needs and to explore emerging trends so that they can respond to demand.

Couldn't recommend more!

Could not recommend Refine Pharmacy more. The team are amazing, always soo quick with processing orders and the communication is fab. Always a pleasure to speak with my account manager William, he keeps in contact and assists quickly with any queries I have regarding
products and stock, he has provided me with additional information regarding products & even some goodies for my clients in clinic. Everytime I arrive to collect products ordered I am welcomed by friendly, helpful staff including William. I recommend Refine to all my friends who do Aesthetics, I wouldn't use anywhere else. Products great

Products great, no issue but delivery service DPD is shocking !!!
This is what may make me change which pharmacy I use as so many times they just dump box and go
Today £580 of stock just left in a box outside. No ring in door bell and no card left - unbelievable they just keep getting away with it !!!

Avoid!!!

Ordered from Refine Pharma and received product with less than 6 months expiry date and when I contacted my account manager I was basically told this was due to the manufacturer. When I order from any other aesthetic pharmacy my products usually have 2 years expiry date.
Furthermore, I ordered cannulas from Refine Group and the first one I used was faulty - upon making a complaint I was told to provide proof it was faulty, however, I had already disposed of it and I was basically told tough luck!
I also would recommend any practitioners to enter a partnership with Refine Group - you are restricted to ordering all products only from Refine Pharma, I was promised price matches as part of the partnership which was never honoured.
Personally I would avoid!!!

Hello Lewis, under regulation all products within the pharmacy are regularly checked for the expiry dates. The expiry date is also checked when we dispense the order. As the product you ordered was not out of date and was just under the 6 month mark we are able to send out the product.

In regards to the faulty cannula it is stated in our returns policy "If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please do NOT dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Refine Group will not be able to refund or replace the product. We cannot accept any returns that come back without secure packaging."

That being said, the reason we ask for evidence is so that we can give this to the manufacturer to see if it is a batch issue, unfortunately we are unable to do this without evidence. Our Pharmacist however, did recommend testing another cannula from the pack with some water to see if you experienced the same issue without wasting product. If you then experienced the issue we would be able to use that as evidence.

It is common when entering into brand ambassador agreements with pharmacies that you must exclusively purchase from that pharmacy. You are under no obligation to sign up to this agreement, and it is down to your own discretion if you would like to take part. We provide all of the agreement information for you to read over before making the decision. Whilst we understand that this is something you did not find favourable, we do have plenty of other ambassadors who have no issue with this.

In regards to the price matching, we do offer price matching on all products excluding Azzalure and Bocouture. The price match however much come from a reputable supplier.
All of the above is stated in our price match policy "At Refine Group, we want to make sure that you are getting the best quality products, at the best prices. That’s why we offer a price match guarantee on our products.*

How does the price match guarantee work?
If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, we will match the price. All you need to do is contact us. You can do this via email: sales@refinegroup.co.uk, phone: 0161 706 1247, or via WhatsApp chat. Simply, let us know that you have found a cheaper product elsewhere, with the website or company name, and we will match their price.

Please note that we will price match with reputable websites only.

We would also like to remind you that despite the "issues" you have raised above you did in fact sign on to the brand ambassador agreement after being provided with all of the information, and when you explained that you no longer wanted to take part, we were more than willing to let you get out of the agreement before the contract end date.

We understand that you are upset about these matters, however as you can see it is all in our policies and agreements that you agree to when registering on our website.

I ordered my products on Tuesday 1st

I ordered my products on Tuesday 1st October today is the 4th and I have no products paid for next day delivery. I was in contact by email to Aimee who said my products go to her first then she sends them out. Well then how is that next day delivery. I’m left still with no products and no refund. Then I was asked if I want some dodgy replacement of product to tie me over what an absolute joke because the DPD driver with my products has broken down. This has cost me money and clients. I’m not happy and calling my card company today to report this as fraud.

Just amazing - and highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience with Refine Clinical Supplies for my aesthetics business yesterday. The customer service is second to none and they really do go out of their way to ensure you are looked after - what I was most happy with was the fact they share the same customer/client values as me which was refreshing; spending time to discuss the products they offer etc - which I found very helpful.
