Packaging is always to a great standard with some products being delivered on ice. The care and effort but into this really emphasises the importance in safe, effective practice.
Accounts manager Will is one of the most helpful and kind people I have dealt with and is there to help with any questions or queries.

I love ordering my aesthetic products from Refine. As an aesthetic prescriber and running my own business, I need to ensure authenticity of my products and that’s why Refine is one of my go to Aesthetic pharmacies. The service is impeccable and top notch. William is an amazing account manager, he always makes sure that I get my products on time and he is so easy to talk to as well.

I have used Refine pharmacy for my aesthetic business numerous times as a prescriber. Their online prescription process and app are very user friendly. Competitive prices and they are helpful and friendly. There have been some occasional stock issues but this can be across numerous pharmacies and not always specific to Refine. I personally won’t be using another pharmacy anytime soon.
