USELESS. I cancelled RME on 28 May to stop auto…
I cancelled RME on 28 May to stop auto renewal 04 June. Payment was taken anyway. No response, no refund so far. I can’t decide whether this is down to algorithms or amoral management. I await a human response…..

Our policies are set to renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand, as outlined in our policy documentation. We also advise customers that payment will be collected 7 days prior to renewal.
As we were contacted on the 28th, the renewal payment had already been collected before your cancellation request was received.
However, we can confirm that this matter has now been resolved for you, and confirmation has been provided via email.
