Very thorough inspection

Very thorough inspection as well as phone call from mechanic to follow up and provide more in depth information gave me that extra bit of confidence to go through with the purchase.

Interstate inspection YeTi

Comprehensive information detailed.
Clear photos and video helped me.
Missed inspectors phone call but able to follow up later...very thorough,respectful and professional.
Enabled me to get extra tests done on oil spillage and to get reassurance after testing .New tyres also as part of inspection follow up.
Excellent service and great mechanical knowledge.

I had an excellent experience with Joe when he carried out a pre-purchase inspection for me. He was extremely thorough and took the time to walk through the vehicle in detail, pointing out both positives and any potential concerns.

Communication was clear and prompt throughout the entire process. Joe came across as knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Jason was fabulous

Jason was fabulous. He kept me updated and was very understanding with my little knowledge of the vehicle. The report was thorough and easy to understand. It was so detailed and the photos showed clearly all the items of concern.
Highly recommend Jason.

Money well spent

I am so glad I organised this inspection by Redbook. The inspection was completed quickly and I received the phone call immediately to advise me of some small issues which the dealer rectified before purchase. I gave me the peace of mind to proceed with the purchase of my new used vehicle.

The inspection was very thorough and informative

The inspection was very thorough and the extensive photography of all parts of the vehicle was very informative. This was the third vehicle on which I had a Redbook inspection and this saved me from buying two cars which had a lot of problems, and allowed me to purchase the third car with confidence that there were no hidden issues.
