I requested a return with rebound. The service was disabled in my city. I should have gone to ship the package to another region. I have requested a refund of the money 10 days ago but it hasn't arrived yet. I sent two emails and a message but no one replies.

No problem with drop off and collection from local shop. Totally agree will not use any retailer which uses these

None of the instructions make any sense. No one will take the parcel or recognise the code provided for £6.50. Please contact me ASAP.
*Edit - I emailed ReBound at 20:00 and received an immediate reply. So they haven't seen the email, it just bounced with the following reply. ReBound can't tell me where to take a parcel, how will the vendor I brought from? In my opinion, this appears to be some sort of scam.

i am having the same problems as everyone else. been to one drop off location to be told they don’t recognise the QR code . Tried to get get another location no chance there is nothing
will prob have to pay return postage and just post it directly back to the company.
never heard of rebound and i never want to hear about them again and i will never buy from a retailer in the future who uses this company for returns.

I must say, the last reviews haven't reassured me with confidence. I went online to try and find a drop off point for my parcel (which is so far impossible!) and most of my search results demonstrated that everyone is having the same problem! As it stands I still have my goods and I can't find a way of getting them back to the retailer (ARNE). Advice please?
Just recieved this from the ReBound team. They can't even advise on where to drop the item - suggesting I contact the retailer instead! *face palm!*

These people are a damn joke, I sent the item back in early September, and the package hasn't gone anywhere. It November, making it 2 months now and no movement still? These people are f***king schemes and AVOID THEM, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE LYING AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it’s a scam they will take your money with some retailers like beauty works and you will be unable to find a drop off location as it doesn’t exist. They will take your money that you can’t get back! Disgrace

I would not recommend. I returned an item on the 29 September and the item still hasn’t reached the company (Clarks). My return has been floating around in Rebound warehouses for almost a month. Unacceptable.

Abysmal, no information provided on a return location, after initial return process completed. Had to keep going around shops until I found a place that would take my parcel. If anyone is on here looking for help, they can be returned to any Collect+ Location.

I sent an item using their service on 14/7/22. According to their tracking, the items are still in transit, and then the scam company that I brought the item from Cernucci says it's nothing to do with them and can't do anything until the item has been returned. I would personally advise to stay well and truly clear of both companies.
It is laughable! I bought a faulty jacket from regatta, paid for return label, they redirected me to ReBound, received some dodgy email with no QR code and not even one Hermes/EVRI shop can recognise it, ever! So I'm travelling around the city in a desperate attempt to have my return sorted. This is the breaking point and I think I'm done with online shopping anymore.
Please people do not use this company. Had my parcel delivered directly to their offices so they could forward it on to the retailer. That was never done. Worst company ever. In the process of taking legal action. Disgusting company..

Asda staff don't have a clue about it. Barcode not recognised. Their website is not mobile friendly and nothing works. The link to review them on their order goes to a 404 error
