Stuck at hub and no way to contact

Like other customers, I'm stuck in limbo as my parcel has been stuck at the hub for over a week. Cant get a response from the retailer and seemingly no way to contact ReBound so not sure what to do. Really not a good service not being able to speak with ReBound on individual issues. Please can someone from get in touch to help.

Ridiculously bad service

Ridiculously bad service. Requested refund for my son from Reprasent Clothing and was told it had to be sent via Rebound. I have the bar code but there is no info anywhere on where I am supposed to take it and collect+ shops don't recognise the bar code.

A DISASTER

Hello,
On Monday, December 5, 2022, I dropped off the return of my ShopDisney package n°90RN3360000051 at the "Tabac Du Defens, 9 rue de la verdière 13100 Aix en Provence FRANCE" relay point. But to date, there has been no follow-up update on your site... I returned to the relay point today on 07/12/2022 and the relay point confirmed to me the recovery by the transport service for my package on Tuesday December 6, 2022... I sent an email on December 6, 2022 to your service which has remained unanswered to date.
You say your services are there to facilitate returns.... I have never had such a negative experience.
Find my package, update your site, it's out of the question that I will not be reimbursed by ShopDisney because of your unreliable service. Please keep me informed IMMEDIATELY and research!!!!!!!!!!

I've dropped you an email with a little more information. After dropping your parcel off it can take a few days for your item to arrive back to the retailer, and the retailer will then also advise their own refund policy.

Your parcel should be heading back to the retailer as planned, and you should receive your refund within shopDisney's advertised refund timeframe.

Rebound is useless service

I'm stuck in limbo thanks to useless ReBound set up. Sent an item back to a retailer via Rebound/Yodel. The parcel is at a Yodel hub for over a week. They said phone ReBound. There is no contact details for ReBound. Tried their website and got an email that says contact the retailer. Retailer says contact ReBound. So i'm stuck in an endless loop and owed £150! This is the second time I've had trouble with this lot. Would never use ReBound again.

No QR code

Went through the regatta website to organise a refund, payed for the printer less drop off - went to the evri drop off and they need a qr code or 6 digit code - none of which have been sent to me. All I have is a tracking number for an item I can't send back because the drop shop wants different information than what has been sent to me. No one is helping at either regatta or rebound. Poor service from both.

No information to be found whatsoever…

No information to be found whatsoever as to where to bring the package for return. Took it to two news shops who wouldn't accept the barcode. Nobody knows where is the right place to take it. No info online. A pure disgrace of a service.

Shop no found

The shop i found the first time i asked for the refund said it not dealing anymore with your company. Now I am trying to find a different one and it seems an impossible information to find.
I live near Ealing Broadway, w5 or w7 postcode in London

Help please

Help please! Trying to return a jack&jones parcel. I generated the return online and printed the label however it doesn’t say where I’m supposed to drop parcel off. All the places I’ve been have said they can’t use the label I have.

Please help… I need another link /pdf…

Please help… I need another link /pdf to my return label. It says a link has been emailed but my 13 year old son put in wrong email as .con and not .com!!! The pdf ink didn’t work either so I am stuck with a return and no way of getting the link to print a label! Thanks - it’s to Chelsea megastore order number 279 4358 7977

Much the same. The store didn’t know they had to print the return label. Some stores don’t have a printer. However I've now managed to find an outlet who were very helpful.🤷‍♂️

Confusing Service

I'm having the same problem as most here. I'm trying yo return a parcel to Pretty Little Thing and Rebound has sent me instructions but no QR code and no one is able to help me regarding only presenting my tracking number.

The final date to return my parcel is on Wednesday 30th and I'm stuck with this problem since 16th November. Please advise urgently how I can get a return label for my item.

Update:
ReBound only responded to this review on 8th December and long after the last date to have returned my item.

I contacted PLT directly and my items have now been returned to them.

I am trying to return an item, go to the shop, no one has heard of them and you can't find anywhere to search for a shop to return on their website

I have paid for a return using this…

I have paid for a return using this service, printing the label at the store, I arrived at the store, no labels and no help, tried to find out where else I can go, so far no luck.

Nowhere local accepts the barcode return label

Same problem as everyone else. I have 2 parcels to return cost of £13 in total. Tried 1 store and their machine is not working. The other store just pointed me at the printer. It asked for a QR code, but I have a barcode not a QR code, neither the retailer or rebound showed in the list of suppliers I could send back to.
There are no other collect plus retailers in my local area, and I dont want to drive 5 miles to have the same experience.
Not sure how I am now going to return my parcels that I have already paid for returns on.
I dont have a printer which I why I opted for the printerless option, I also cannot get to a post office as I work all day.

Not sure if you emailed to request more info, as i cannot see anything other than this reply to my review.

I have managed to find a shop now to take the returns.
The issue was 1 shop was not accepting parcels, and the other the pin point on the map is for the wrong co op in town. (Wickford, Essex) The one it shows on map is not a collect+ which is why they would not accept the barcode.

Tracking Issues Resolved

Having had a problem in regards to my order with the tracking for ReBound as well as not being able to get in touch with anyone in regards to my query I finally got in touch with a lovely lady called Laura who helped answer my queries that I had. I do believe the shipping fee is still a large amount for what was sent out in regards to the size and the weight of the item returned but all issues have now been resolved.

Poor service!

I have tried to drop off a parcel today at a listed shop, but they couldn't scan the barcode. Said that rebound was not one of their listed companies. I can't find any information about alternative drop off points or how to reprint the label.

Confusing and poor service, I'm still stuck

I ordered from the Everton website, I went through their return process and selected and paid for the no need to print at home option. The post office have rejected the barcode I have. I have sought help from the retailer, they want me to try print at home and send but I fear I will have the same issue. I don't know where the best drop offs are and I can't find any information. I've never known a return process to be so difficult

Never use

Very slow service and more expensive than posting it myself. It has no benefits compared to a regular parcel service, just a pointless middleman.
