Terrible. No way to talk to anyone and they literally take no responsibility for your parcel. The retailer blames them, they blame they retailer. I will not use any retailer who choses this service for returns.

Truly awful company to deal with from a customer perspective. They are holier than thou to talk to you. The chat bot is rubbish. The 2 locations I remember from when I started the return have no clue about them and no printer to do the ticket. The website doesn't have the drop off points on it. If you click the link in your email it will only show you where the letterboxes are. I will never deal with or buy from a company that has this bunch of id10ts as backup for returns again. I urge anyone using a retailer to check how returns are handled. If rebound come into it, prepare for hell to get any items sent back. Can't stress enough how much I wish I had checked before. I purchased from Get the label. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Lots of obvious problems from the off.
The company has made it obvious that they want you to see their logo but made it completely unobvious what Carrier has been assigned to you as part of this service.
The implication from the email you receive after completing the return,which in my case was with United direct.Is that Rebound is the name of the carrier or outlet to post your item. It isn't,you need to look on the email for the service which is in small print.
Mine ended up being connect plus?? After a wasted trip and the retailer disagreeing that they handled these items,a round trip of 28 miles I finally posted locally by going on to the connect plus website which pointed to it being Yodel.
I typed in the rebound tracking number that Yodel did recognise luckily.
I then printed off a Yodel tracking number.
I took all the info to the local shop that had this logo outside None of the rebound info was useable or relevent ONLY the Yodel tracking number worked.
None of the rebound information is available on line stating that they are infact using either Yodel,Hermes,DPD or DHL and only their tracking numbers will be relevent not the rebound number.
A plain English Customer focused page or guide is all in that is needed I lost 5 hours of my life I will never get back after using this service which was poor at best.
Rebound get more customer focused and sort out the care angle with a good contact line to allow your customers to talk to a human to resolve the issue.
The reBound website seems entirely focused on the retailer and not the customer. Bizarre! I managed to find a way via the retailer website to make my return but it was absolutely no thanks to ReBound. Thinking reBound needs to ReThink its approach and user experience. Their TrustPilot reviews tell the story. If I was a retailer using the reBound services I would be very concerned. Customers will seek simpler alternative ways to shop online to avoid this mess. Returns are a key aspect of Online shopping using a service that is simple and reliable is essential. Please do not reply to this and say something like "due to the busy Xmas period blah blah..." yes we know Xmas is busy! it comes with the job so sort your crap out. Also please don't use COVID as an excuse for your crap site. Will be avoiding retailers who use ReBound until I see a steady stream of 4 and 5 star reviews on here.

Rebound Returns, where is my returned package? Stolen? Lost? Your tracking service does not work! I am in California and I used a return label provided by the retailer to return an item on Dec 2, 2021. USPS tracking shows the package arrived in Carson, CA on Dec. 14. No updates after that date. Today is Jan. 11th, 2022, where is my package now??? You call yourself Intelligent return service, what a joke! Terrible company.

I hating leaving a negative review but nowhere accepts these returns? It gives you a list of drop off points but when you drive to the shops, they don't accept them! Ended up printing a label at home and using royal mail. Didn't give one star as I think the premise of the idea is good.

I will actively avoid buying anything from a company that uses ReBound as their return service. It simply doesn't work and the customer support does not exist.
Very poor user experience. Far easier to go direct to Collect+, Royal Mail, Hermes etc. They provide options, support, contact details etc. I would not shop with a company that uses ReBound as their returns service.
Information on their website is lacking. They do not give any type of additional support. I filed a return from Bulgaria, but there is no drop off point in my country, where I can actually give my garments for a return, which can be handled.
Disgusting service! I sent an item back to Chi Chi London on the 20th of October, still no refund. Chi Chi London are blaming Rebound and Rebound just tell me to contact Chi Chi London. The result!! NO REFUND!! and neither compnay will help!! I recomemd no to use these companies!!!
Please do not use this company as a means of returning your goods and to be honest I would not buy from a seller that uses ReBound in it's returns policy.
They are utter garbage. Once the item is picked up they will refuse to update you on your items whereabouts and will not reply to any messages. They are totally inept and I would go as far as being online scam artists.
Please Please Please send your returns using another method.

Would give ZERO STARS if possible. I have checked the box to notify ReBOUND Returns but nothing has triggered a response so I doubt this would. Why would any retailer risk their brand with this company? I have paid for a return of a Chelsea FC order, was sent a useless barcode with no instructions and which no courier or parcel shop will accept. All my attempts to contact Rebound have failed, so I have written off my fee to Rebound as online fraud. I have asked the retailer to provide an alternative route to return the order.
12 days later and my parcel is stuck on a pallet !!! So what did my £5.95 pay for??? S H I T service ???First time using....never again ...Will not shop at get the label again if this is their returns carrier

I’d advise anyone dealing with these scammers to contact the vendor they bought the goods from directly. Mine have sent me a free return label and have already refunded the item.
