I filled in a few details online and a lovely guy called Fortune called me straight away. He explained everything so well and talked me through the whole process. Very easy to set up my life insurance and i have his number to call if I need any help at all or have any questions.

Excellent customer service
I filled in a form online for a life insurance quote and had an immediate call from Macauley. I asked him to call me later in the day and he rang back at the agreed time.
