Receiving up to 10 calls a day felt like harassment, especially when I was at work and unable to answer.
Like many other reviewers have said, they bombard you with calls, sometimes up to 10 times a day, despite offering a poor service.
They tell you the call will take five minutes, yet an hour later you’re still on the phone. You’re passed between multiple people, have to repeat the same information over and over again, then end up being put on hold or disconnected.
The whole process feels geared towards keeping you on the phone rather than providing a genuine service or efficiently passing you to the right person. Whether that’s commission driven or simply poor process, the customer experience is terrible.
Misleading, frustrating and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this company. Avoid like the plague.

Mortgage insurance cover…
The approach to review the mortgage insurance cover was welcome as it should result in monthly savings on the insurance premium.
However, the request for further medical information / testing is disappointing given my confirmation that there is no change in medication etc since the cover was taken out. For example, diabetes 2 blood test is ,as advised,normal....

We understand your disappointment regarding the request for further medical information, especially given that there have been no changes to your medication and your diabetes remains well controlled. However, as a broker, we do not make underwriting decisions and it is ultimately up to the insurer whether an application is referred for additional review.
This can sometimes happen when there is a second application with the same insurer or where their underwriting criteria require further evidence.

Sonny was our advisor and he gave sound advice, explained things clearly and gave me a much better understanding of what I was buying. Thanks to him I understand my policies and he gave a range of different insurers and prices that suited our budget
