This website looks remarkablely like the Wilson and Wilfred one and it's just one big con buyer beware.

Absolute joke. Refund policy is non existent claim can be contacted on email but simply ignore. They have very clearly got social media because target you with ads but are simply a scam. Avoid at all costs

Completely woeful and borderline dishonest refund policy. No response to emails. I would strongly advise against dealing with this vender.

The fabric quality of the dress I ordered was well below my expectations so I am endeavouring to return it and claim a refund. Despite going through their recommended email channel I have yet to receive any response as to how and where I return the item. Really disappointed with this company.

On the website, it says 3 weeks to manufacture, and then it will be shipped. I ordered it June 6th, and on June 28th, it wasn't sent and still said processing, so I contacted them, and there no response so far. I'm only like 10 hours driving distance away from the company as well.

I'll update this when I get further details.

UPDATE: I got the product a month and a half after I ordered. The product I got was actually pretty good, though, so I'm gonna go to 3 stars.

Let me start off by saying yes my shirt did take a whole month to arrive but I told myself worth the wait I put in an order I was asked if the logos on the shirt was allowed I said no I did not know about this because no where did it state that but maybe I didn’t see it so I decide to get rid of those logos and replace them so I replaced them and it all went to plan now on the back of the shirt I wrote my name it was in Arabic and it was written how it should the shirt comes with my name messed up so I contact support this is how scummy they are never once did they offer a refund instead they kept pressuring me to send them written permission of the new logos keep in mind the shirt already came I already have it stay away from this company they won’t help you

I designed and ordered a jersey. The material feels great and the printing is spot on. This site makes custom jersey affordable. I'm very happy.

Raven has been very helpful since the start of our business relationship. They have helped us to design an entire apparel line of jerseys, hoodies, jackets, and joggers for our esports team, Proton Gaming. They are always willing and able to help us make design changes to the products as well. They even helped to make sure we received our jerseys before an event when we placed the order with very short notice. They continue to provide amazing customer service and design support to this day if we ever ask or need anything. Matt, in particular, our assigned designer has been phenomenal. He is always able to assist and puts in a lot of effort to make sure we are happy with the results of our designs.

This company makes amazing things let me tell you.. From the 3 item's i got already will for sure shop here again soon.. Mainly here for cdl stuff but alot of these items caught my eye... 2 times buying had no issues, really fast shipping and no worries at all..Sites simple to use and easy finding things..The merch is well made and looks amazing no complaining here.. Shipping is a decent cost from USD to CAN all in all very happy with each item.. Excited to buy more stuff in the future..

Ordered a custom shirt from their website on the 21st of Jan. It was finished in the end of February and then shipped to me on the 3rd of March. 3 weeks later, no word from anyone and no help from their customer support on the whereabouts of this package. 65 quid spent and nothing gained.

Stay away from this company, it's a sure way to lose your money.

We purchased two jerseys. No updates on the status of the orders, misleading purchases with production and shipping times, non-refundable. I wouldn’t have purchased the products if I had known it would take a month to get the products. It makes me look bad to the people I represent and sponsor and it makes Raven.GG look bad to the players I don’t recommend the company to that are looking for product in a timely manner. I’ve already purchased jerseys from another distributor and I have received them, so there isn’t really an excuse to the length of time. It’s bad business with all due respect.

All of the members of staff that I've spoken to have been nothing but friendly and helpful based off my personal experience with them. Would highly recommend to other universities who have Esports courses/societies to utilise their services for top quality kit at a good price. Would be more than happy to work with them for future endeavours!

Great product I ordered 2 hoodies about a month apart. It would be a 5 star but the shipping time is way to slow you spend $9.99 on shipping. for the first hoodie it took a month to get to me after I received the shipping notice but the second one has taken much longer it’s been 42 days total shipping and is still processing at JFK.

Update the hoodie came after a long shipping but I moved the review from 3 stars to 5 because of the customer support along with how my custom hoodie came out. Love both the hoodies

I ordered my Dark Zero jersey on November 8th & did not receive it until December 9th. When I purchased it said 7-10 day shipping. I understand if it was a couple days late but a whole month is just crazy to me. I don’t know if it’s due to international or what? But if it would’ve said maybe a month due to international shipping I’d understand but it didn’t.

Working with the team at the Raven to design a jersey for my University Gaming Organisation was super easy. It was an iterative process that felt well managed and all considerations were taken into play.

10/10 would definitley design a jersey with them again!

Item still hasn't left Europe and not expecting it in time for Christmas although purchased with plenty of time.
