Item still hasn't left Europe and not expecting it in time for Christmas although purchased with plenty of time.

To explain the delay in delivery USPS have been experiencing significant delays due to the pandemic – shipping volumes are up globally and according to their website, they have been understaffed due to the Coronavirus. I hope you can understand that these issues incurred by USPS are not a reflection on us as a business but I can appreciate how frustrating slow deliveries can be!
