Account closure.

I made an account about 3 weeks ago. Went through all their verification with pictures of my ID, selfie, SSN, etc. All the sudden my account goes on hold. I send more pictures. And then out of no where, BAM! My account is closed. Just because they could not verify somehow? Makes zero sense and customer support is a joke.

No info, still processing

On the website, it says 3 weeks to manufacture, and then it will be shipped. I ordered it June 6th, and on June 28th, it wasn't sent and still said processing, so I contacted them, and there no response so far. I'm only like 10 hours driving distance away from the company as well.

I'll update this when I get further details.


UPDATE: I got the product a month and a half after I ordered. The product I got was actually pretty good, though, so I'm gonna go to 3 stars.

Hello! I’m sorry we didn’t receive a ticket related to your order. I can see this order was dispatched on the 3rd July and subsequently delivered on 6th July, 4 weeks after placing your order. Custom orders can take 3 weeks to produce so your order was processing a few days longer than usual so thank you for your patience! We hope you like your order!
