Would never buy from anyone else

I had a cross custom made in rose gold and the process was very easy start to finish only took 3 weeks to be made and the cross I have received is outstanding. Delivery was also very quick once they received the cross as I am not local to collect

Had a lovely experience at rankings jewellers. Was helped by a lovely lady called Emma there. Was quite late for my appointment as I had trouble finding it but it was no problem and purchased a beautiful initial necklace for my daughter’s birthday. Highly recommend!

I ordered a beautiful white gold diamond “A” initial pendant (always wanted one) and lucky for me at the time it was on sale. When it arrived it exceeded my expectations, it was absolutely stunning, beautiful size and sparkled like you wouldn’t believe. Massive thank you to Rankings, Jodie (& Emma) for making the experience just brilliant ! 10/10 🌟

Unreal as everything else I have ever purchased

I don’t really like to leave a bad review but I have no other options I’ve called numerous times left messages and emailed even more times but not one has been acknowledged. Ordered diamond initial pendant which comes with standard chain at no extra cost I also ordered separately a gold thicker curb chain 20”to replace a chain I’ve broke when goods arrived they had put the pendant on the 20” chain but standard chain was not in parcel so it’s like I’ve paid extra £200 for the pendant not happy at all , first time ordering from them very much doubt I’d order again as much as I love the pendant

On the 18/6/2026 I purchased on monthly payments. There was a mix up as I thought I’d chosen Klarna but apparently I’d chosen the rankings monthly payment services. With that service you have to pay you payments before receiving the gold. So I was back and forth for over 2 weeks wrote a review and got asked to delete it as it didn’t make them look good the woman said
They said they had cancelled my first order and I replaced another using the correct payment method !
Now end of August nearly Im still receiving payment reminders for that first order that should have been cancelled ! they’ve not even refunded my first payment I made on the 18/6/2025 ! They take forever to respond on their WhatsApp this company tbh is a joke. I won’t order from here again it’s been nothing but problems from the first order NEVER EVER have I had problems with anything I’ve order anywhere else this company is just pffft !! I’d like my refund and I’ll expect a call quite quickly like I did on my last review ! Shame you have to do this to get a response !!!

Can honestly say Rankins is the best and has always been a firm favourite for my whole family, my husband,all my siblings, niece's and nephews have always used Rankins and have had first class service every time. This time I have bought my daughter the classic baguette initial for her 16th birthday and I can't wait to see her face when she opens it. Since my husband got me the Rankins classic baguette cross, my daughter has been asking for a baguette initial, sendingme the link to it so many times. The initial is absolutely perfect and so pretty, perfect craftsmanship, perfect customer service and great delivery. Will definitely be buying from Rankins again, currently got my eye on some diamond earrings for my daughters Christmas present. Thank you Rankins
