Honestly one of the most hands on customer service Ive ever had to deal with. I was looking for jewelry for my wedding that is coming up very shortly. And let’s just say I waited till the last minute so when I found this website and found a necklace, I really liked I was hesitant to buy because I wasn’t sure it was gonna come on time. I couldn’t find much on this company so I was a little hesitant at first but then after talking with their fantastic customer service and seeing a pretty high rating here I went through with the purchase. I then messaged their customer service team, letting them know like I’m a little nervous about their timeline and they kept me posted through every step as well as rushed it and gave me an ugrade. It literally got here so fast i now have it a whole week before my wedding. I opened it this morning and every part of this has felt luxury the box and presentation when it arrives he’s literally gorgeous. And the jewelry is so beautiful. It’s dainty and gorgeous and everything I could imagine. I literally could not be more happy with my choice and I highly recommend this company.
