I ordered a Marklin lococmotive
I ordered a Marklin model which was unavailable in the UK. It took nearly 3 months but Rainbow managed to obtain it for me at a significantly discounted price. I have the loco now. It is superb in every respect and worth the wait.

Great Service
The model arrived broken (most likely a fault of the manufacturers)
Once we got in touch they offered us a replacement model immediately and even did checks on it to make sure it was okay as well as running it in.
Great staff and great service.

It was picked and posted quickly and…
It was picked and posted quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Thank you. The postage was however was very average but that is out of your control. A long wait at Heathrow and another long wait at Brisbane Airport. For the money, both postal services don't perform very well. BTW, I'm still looking for some of this cork to finish a layout, let me know if you find anymore R2 curves.
