Orded item as it was decribed as in stock,
After taking money ,put on back order... i asked for a refund ,no reply..
I forgot about order as it was months ago..
Turned up too late to be usefull

Sold me incorrect track at model rail show. Left numerous messages and sent emails with no response apart from we will telephone you to resolve -no call from them. the worst customer service I have ever experienced- How are you still in business when you treat customers with utter contempt? Your customer service is a joke.

The purchase did take a bit longer than anticipated due to issues at the manufacturer but I kept in touch with Annie and her colleagues and eventually we got there and communication was always easy

They take your order and money with no email order confirmation or most importantly supply the paid for goods. I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks.

Excellent Service

Bought four packs of the HAA's so far and they're superb models. Excellent value at £30 a model.

Do not use avoid say they have stock of a part then when you've payed and they have your money the part is suddenly on back order and no due date. Can't get in touch don't reply to emails . No refund. Useless

Only dealt with the shop online but they could not have been more helpful. I had a slight problem but this was resolved over the phone with a positive outcome. I was kept updated with regard to the order delivery.

I ordered a model figure on Xmas Day, they took my money and then sent an email saying on back order, it is now end of January and 3 emails later asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund. ...absolutely no acknowledgement from them!!!!! Avoid at all costs, they take your money and you get fresh air!!, Report to trading standards impending!!

Great service I have bought my second RC car from KMS railtech the second one being the KYOSHO Frazer mk2 Subaru Impreza.Great service and the delivery was on time and well packaged keep up the good work guys.

Despite being out of stock my order was delivered in time for Christmas

Excellent service as KMS is proactive in meeting customer needs. Left order for product which was out of stock (everywhere). Later, KMS telephoned to say they had sourced an alternative product at higher price but were able, in these particular circumstances, to supply at the price of out of stock product. Could not ask for more.

Very helpful, efficient and prompt service. Highly recommended.

All I will say is read all the reviews before making a purchase, I wish I had. Took six weeks for order to arrive, just as the dispute with PayPal closed in my favor. So had to return item. Rail tech were very apologetic, due to family issues.
