Bought a ticket which said I had a replacement bus- I got on that bus and then the bus driver tells me I had bought a train ticket and refused me to get on and I almost missed the bus.

My sister and I had several train trips…

My sister and I had several train trips to book in Europe and we found the website generally very helpful. We live in New Zealand so being able to book online ahead of our trip makes it all very convenient, and one less task to worry about.

The website had a problem excepting payment

I was able to book the pass on sale. Then immediately I tried to book another pass for my wife and the payment would not go through. We tried several different cards and same result.

Good except should have instructed to print ticket from PDF emailed. Printing it from website was terrible quality and a waste of paper.

We're sorry to hear you weren't able to add your rail pass to Apple Wallet.

The "Add to Apple Wallet" option isn't available for every rail pass or ticket type. It depends on the rail operator and the format in which the ticket or pass is issued. If your pass supports Apple Wallet, you'll see the option when you open your ticket. Otherwise, you can simply present your ticket or pass from your Rail Europe account or the PDF version during your journey, and it will be accepted for travel.
