Everything was complicated to assemble

Everything was complicated to assemble, it’s was really dirty and looked old i cleaned it with everything and even cleaned it’s still dirty.
I think and I’m not kidding it was the worst choice of my life

Our clothing racks are designed with raw industrial pipes, giving them a distinctive, authentic look. It’s completely normal to find some oil residue in the threads, as this helps during assembly. If needed, we recommend wiping any excess with a dry cloth, as mentioned in our care instructions. Once assembled and wiped down, the rack is perfectly safe and ready to use.

We know the first impression can be surprising, but many of our customers appreciate the raw charm and solid feel of the final result.

Amazing product and high quality service

Amazing product! Not only is it beautifully designed, but it’s also incredibly sturdy and high-quality. The service was excellent as well. When I received my first package, some assembly parts were missing, but the customer service team was extremely responsive and efficient. They immediately sent the missing pieces, and I received them in two days. Truly impressive support! Highly recommend.

Beautiful baskets that I use for every…

Beautiful baskets that I use for every room!
Black ones suit perfectly into my kitchen and now I can tidy shopping food agreably!
As for the living room the golden ones are fine, it's so beautiful in my library to put some beautiful books in the spotlight (but unfortunately not the heavy ones since the basket is light weight). I love the way it give a smart touch to little objects!

Super cuatomer service

The customer service was always available to assist me in my special order. I was happy to the delivery that was secure and fast. To install well you need some time so don’t hurry up to make it perfect

I received my order earlier than I…

I received my order earlier than I expected.
The rack seems really durable, strong enough for my heavy hangers.
There is only one point I am disappointed, no notice of the date of delivery and there’s either option to set a date. Lucky that was my day off.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ne soyez pas entièrement satisfaite de la livraison, vous avez la possibilité de suivre votre colis à l'aide du lien de suivi mais GLS ne permet malheureusement pas de choisir la date exacte à laquelle vous souhaitez être livrée.

N'hésitez pas à contacter notre service client si vous savez que vous êtes en déplacement et que vous ne serez probablement pas là lors de la livraison.
