Card had changed so first payment…
Card had changed so first payment failed. I updated my card on the app expecting them to try again. But no I got an email saying I had to pay £20 admin fee. Wouldnt budge on a waiver.
I will not reinsure next year.

RAC is a name i can trust
RAC is a name i can trust. I was looking for car insurance and they were the cheapest. There is no telephone service but contact by chat is available. Ive not had need to try it or the level of service yet.

Very difficult to communicate with.
After completing the information on line, it was very difficult to communicate about a claim from a previous policy that was withdrawn.
