Worst broadband provider.
After 1 year begin there customer Pure send me my last broadband bill in amount of 230Euro.
Paid almost 500euro for their broadband now they want 50% more.As a thank you.
They didn't notify me on how to return the router or when to return it.
What they did is charge me without any notice. ''its in your contract that when you want to leave us we are going to make you pay"
AVOID AT ALL COST.
And thank you Pure for your understanding and experience.

Great Customer Service
I have been a customer of Pure Telecom for 5 years and the reason I've rated them 5 stars is because of their wonderful customer service. Any time I've called through, it's been very quick, no being left on hold for ages and the query was always handled quickly and efficiently. Today I spoke to Samantha and she answered my question promptly and had everything sorted in a matter of minutes. I'd highly recommend Pure Telecom

Avoid this company
Avoid this company! We chose them to install faster internet, but it has been an absolute nightmare. They missed multiple appointments, each time just rescheduling for another date at the very last minute. My husband took time off work every single time they were supposed to come. He even lifted the floorboards in our house to prepare for the cable installation, only for them to cancel right before arriving. Do not waste your time or energy on this company. Highly unprofessional

Fast and easy
Call answered immediately with minimum of waiting.
Pure agent, Samantha, sorted out the best renewal for me very quickly.
Given the hours I've spent on hold with Eir and Vodafone the service is excellent.

What went right,
What went right,, pure Telecom received their payment each month I did not have Internet from the middle of June. I still will not have internet until hopefully the engineers arrive on the 9th of this month.
"So I have paid for service I did not receive."
My experience is the same as the rest of your customers being told that there is no problem with my Internet.
To be honest I would have cancelled with your company but that was not an option. I've now decided to upgrade to fiber & hopefully I will receive a signal for my internet which is what I'm paying for.
R o h i n the last customer service gentleman I spoke with was polite & at least listened. He seems to have put things in Motion from my connection on the 9th.
It seems that companies at the beginning make sure that you get the service, as the years go on they got you in contract.

Was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and very helpful I was trying to renew my contract which was ending soon and she did all the work and got me the best deal possible. Had pure telecom broadband installed…
Had pure telecom broadband installed yesterday and expected it to work straight away but no joy, by 5pm this evening I'd had enough and called telecom. Lucky me I got Daniel must be the nicest man in the company in a matter of minutes he had everything sorted,he didn't sound patronising or make me feel stupid.He has the calmest voice, the most pleasant and helpful manner and the greatest asset telecom could employ. Thank you so much Daniel

I’ve had a lot of issues with the signal dropping. Eventually they sent a new modem, everything is fine so far. Special mention for Daniel in support who was extremely patient with me as I was panicking to watch the World Cup. Five stars for Daniel.

Been with Pure for years & years and…
Been with Pure for years & years and wish I wasn't. Our internet/broadband has been hit & miss since Feb. Following months of phone calls (our phone is also with Pure) to get it 'fixed' a guy (engineer) called out to our house a month ago and had changed our landline number for some reason unknown to us, & still no Internet connected, since then none of our family, friends Dr's, banks etc can get in touch. Our security system is down, our heating/hot water, our doorbell also down as they're all connected & operated by the broadband. We had to go to a friend's house to Book flights to attend a funeral in the U.K. as we'd no connection here. There's been a total of 6 engineers called to our house since the problem 1st started and still no connection etc. This has to be the absolute worst phone/broadband provider ever and I don't understand how they're still operating. By the way they did give us €10.00 discount for all the months we've been without any connection but so far still no solution to our problem & still being charged the full price!!! (gave 1 star for the simple reason I couldn't post review without giving a star)
