Customer many years, great to deal, good offers always 👍🤝

Had my broadband changed yesterday ( at your suggestion)
Today I had no landline. Called your desk at 12.45, 2.45 and again at 4.30 because I had been told that someone would call me back. On the last call I spoke to Daniel who investigated it and found I had been given a new number. This was never passed to me. I have had this number for nearly 50 years!
He called me back around 5 pm and said all back to normal.
Sadly it is Not so I shall be on the phone - mobile - in the morning !

It's a shame the agreed process underpinning a switch between providers was unreliable for me.. .room for improvement here. Friendly, helpful, understanding and informative customer support representative saved the day.

We have no internet since 5 days ago, and despite the line was reported as OK. The service has not been restored and the router is still showing red LED on. Please review my case and line. Thanks!

Before this company had a Vodafone service. Vodafone was terrible. Somebody has recommended Pure telecom. Better . After one year I can surly say the company provided the perfect service. Have prolonged my contract. Thanks

Renewal date was due, so spoke to Samantha who gave me a great retention deal. Always a pleasure to deal with.

I phoned with a technical issue. Relatively short wait time on phone (compared with many commercial entities), and very professional and courteous service from Christopher. Problem resolved quickly and efficiently. All my dealings with Pure Telecom since I joined 2/3 years ago have been positive.

The staff at Puretelecom are the best - efficient, helpful, polite, courteous, such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all from a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

Good company always had a good interaction when needed

Cancelled contract within the time frame as WiFi would not work. Still waiting for a refund two months later. Have rang twice and was told it was approved twice. Refunds not given unless you actually make a call to ask for them!!! Asked for a call back from a manager. Told it would be 24-48 hours. Never got a call. Refund approved wasn't even the full amount I paid.

Had dealings with Daniel from Pure Telecom today who was efficient, polite super friendly and sorted our problem so professionally. Would be great if technical support staff everywhere were as pleasant and easy to deal with - hard to find such great people nowadays. Keep up the good work or better still, go into providing training for support staff in general - it would make life so much easier if every call was handled and every issue dealt with in such a great and positive manner.
