Love this product and company . So easy to, so nutritious and the dogs love it . Worth every Penny really wholesome food .

We have been using this food for a while now and both our dogs absolutely love it. One even sings as we get it ready. It is easy to order and to make any changes. It’s great you can different flavours and the subscription service makes it so easy to never forget to order. The treats are also lovely and our dogs enjoy those too. If I have ever needed to contact the company they are always most helpful and solve issues promptly. We would all totally recommend this company to all.

I’m very disappointed with Pure pet food company. The first product I received (a starter kit) was not good for my dog—pieces got stuck to the bowl and the food was difficult for her to eat. I also had issues with their website, as I couldn’t access the site properly.

After I received the starter kit, I emailed them to cancel my subscription. They replied confirming the cancellation was completed, and I haven’t received any additional food. After about 2 months, I am getting emails saying the food is coming and Im charged for it even though I had already cancelled. This is misleading and not acceptable for a subscription service.

Zuko, 2 year old Sproodle was going off his food, his meals would sit for hours uneaten UNTIL we started Pure. Now every meal is thrown back in minutes. He clearly loves his Pure food. Thank you!

Food is very easy to store, delivered straight to my door, is not overly expensive and my dog loves the food. Would highly recommend this brand.

I have a diabetic dog, she’s been on this food since her diagnosis. She’s on the Chicken and the Turkey, but we sometimes have the game. Her weight and blood sugar has remained stable and she looks amazing. She’s just turned 11 and no one believes how old she is. She’ll remain on this food for the rest of her life. I tried vet recommended diabetic food and she didn’t do well on them at all. If I feel like I’m going to run out, I can just press the send it now button and it arrives in record time.

Molly loves the food and it is easy to prepare. She’s also in very good condition for her age which I hope is something to do with her diet! It is easy to mix with some kibble as well. Deliveries are a bit hit and miss - lots of notice about when it’s coming but rarely arrives on the day it’s supposed to, usually early but that can still be a problem if it’s not when you expect it. Also often left outside where it gets wet despite repeated instructions to leave it in a shed. I do appreciate this is the deliverers problem but it should be fed back to them too!

Max is a fussy eater and loves pure. His bowl is liked clean every meal time

Since discovering Pure Pet Foods in 2024, my dog , Hamish with pancreatitis, has had no acute attacks.
More importantly for him, he loves Pure’s food. More importantly for us, delivery, ease of use, and wonderful customer care is all wrapped up with Pure Pet Food.
If of interest, I rarely post on line but I do believe in this product.

A package didn't arrive and was replaced quickly. Dog loves the food. Very simple to use mix the food and I'm glad it can be made hot so my dog can have a hot meal

Love the quality, the packaging, the bespokability of the menus and more importantly my dogs love it! Clean bowls every time!

Personally I don't like this product. It smells awful when mixing and I can't even describe what it looks like when it's tipped into my dogs bowl. Yuk! Ted normally goes to his food straight away but hes very hesitant over this one. For that reason we're changing him to something else. Sorry Pure, but youre not for us.

I tried Pure for our fussy Husky who is almost 14 years. I saw an immediate change in him. He was usually sluggish, not as bouncy as he was in his younger years. After only a few meals he was brighter. He even began playing with toys again throwing them around. His usually rumbling tummy has improved immensely since I've put him on Pure. His stools are more solid now also. I didn't expect such a big change in his overall health. I have recommended Pure to my son and because he saw the positive changes in my dog, he has just made his first order for both of his dogs. Pure also gave me a nice little surprise in my second order....a bouncy ball which is getting well used. The cost of Pure is more than I paid for our previous supermarket dogfood but is obviously much better quality ingredients and I've got a healthier, happier doggy. Delivery is very easy to organise on The Pure website and orders/order dates can be changed easily. I'd highly recommend any dog owner to give it a try.

What made my experience great was the very helpful and friendly advice I could do over a phone call.
As my two girlie's have different dietary requirements, the food is high quality, affordable and comes clearly marked with their names. It is SO much easier to portion (with the colour coded scoops). No filling up my recycling bin with plastic trays/tins!! Or having half the freezer given up for dog food... looks good to my human eyes( silly but important!)
Reordering is easy, and delivery arrives when stated.
And obviously the BEST THING is Tillie and Sophie love it 😀

The customer service is very helpful. I have contacted them twice and they resolved my issue quickly. The only issue not yet sorted is that I still cannot order more than 2 recipes per month (rather than the 4 promised) and it states its my dogs first order which clearly it isnt - however customer service manually sorted last month.
