I have a diabetic dog, she’s been on this food since her diagnosis. She’s on the Chicken and the Turkey, but we sometimes have the game. Her weight and blood sugar has remained stable and she looks amazing. She’s just turned 11 and no one believes how old she is. She’ll remain on this food for the rest of her life. I tried vet recommended diabetic food and she didn’t do well on them at all. If I feel like I’m going to run out, I can just press the send it now button and it arrives in record time.

Molly loves the food and it is easy to prepare. She’s also in very good condition for her age which I hope is something to do with her diet! It is easy to mix with some kibble as well. Deliveries are a bit hit and miss - lots of notice about when it’s coming but rarely arrives on the day it’s supposed to, usually early but that can still be a problem if it’s not when you expect it. Also often left outside where it gets wet despite repeated instructions to leave it in a shed. I do appreciate this is the deliverers problem but it should be fed back to them too!

A package didn't arrive and was replaced quickly. Dog loves the food. Very simple to use mix the food and I'm glad it can be made hot so my dog can have a hot meal

Love the quality, the packaging, the bespokability of the menus and more importantly my dogs love it! Clean bowls every time!

Personally I don't like this product. It smells awful when mixing and I can't even describe what it looks like when it's tipped into my dogs bowl. Yuk! Ted normally goes to his food straight away but hes very hesitant over this one. For that reason we're changing him to something else. Sorry Pure, but youre not for us.

I tried Pure for our fussy Husky who is almost 14 years. I saw an immediate change in him. He was usually sluggish, not as bouncy as he was in his younger years. After only a few meals he was brighter. He even began playing with toys again throwing them around. His usually rumbling tummy has improved immensely since I've put him on Pure. His stools are more solid now also. I didn't expect such a big change in his overall health. I have recommended Pure to my son and because he saw the positive changes in my dog, he has just made his first order for both of his dogs. Pure also gave me a nice little surprise in my second order....a bouncy ball which is getting well used. The cost of Pure is more than I paid for our previous supermarket dogfood but is obviously much better quality ingredients and I've got a healthier, happier doggy. Delivery is very easy to organise on The Pure website and orders/order dates can be changed easily. I'd highly recommend any dog owner to give it a try.

What made my experience great was the very helpful and friendly advice I could do over a phone call.
As my two girlie's have different dietary requirements, the food is high quality, affordable and comes clearly marked with their names. It is SO much easier to portion (with the colour coded scoops). No filling up my recycling bin with plastic trays/tins!! Or having half the freezer given up for dog food... looks good to my human eyes( silly but important!)
Reordering is easy, and delivery arrives when stated.
And obviously the BEST THING is Tillie and Sophie love it 😀

The customer service is very helpful. I have contacted them twice and they resolved my issue quickly. The only issue not yet sorted is that I still cannot order more than 2 recipes per month (rather than the 4 promised) and it states its my dogs first order which clearly it isnt - however customer service manually sorted last month.

Easy to use my dog loves it delivered on time and if you need it earlier just click on early delivery very good service

I honestly can not thank pure enough for how my dogs health has improved since using pure food. I have a sprocker she is 11 and has pancarititis. We were advised by her vet that she could only eat Chappie wet and biscuit as it was the best on the market for low fat. Jazz had been using it for 2 years she had bad wind so bad you could not be in the same room she could hardly get up stairs and she could no longer jump and it made her over weight. Since using Pure we have no issues with wind and she can run up stair again and run for her ball. I have now just added a new cocker spaniel to the family and he is going to have Pure food as well. It is so easy to use their website, Jazz had run out before her next delivery and went straight 9nto the app and her food was delivered next day. I pay a bit extra but i have abhealthier dog. Thank you Pure i 100% recommend this food.

At the start benji loved his food but the last few months or so hes not been eating it the same. I feel like am having to add more water to it for him to be able to eat it and I have also had to cut him down to 4 scoops instead of 5 as I dont find its lasting as long as it use too

We’ve been with Pure for well over a year. The food suits both of our pups, one being a working lab and the other a jackapoo with a sensitive tummy. Both pups are thriving on it. The product suits us well when travelling with the dogs as easy to carry and make up. Delivery has never been a problem no matter where we have been in the UK. Customer service has always been extremely helpful.

Genuinely thrilled, I’m always a bit skeptical about new dog food, we’ve tried a few with our cockapoo as we always believed him to be fussy. He would normally leave most of his breakfast and it felt like he only ate his evening meal because he was hungry enough to eat it despite not liking it. Now with pure he absolutely finishes every last morsel of both meals. It’s the first time in the 4 years since we had him. Don’t hesitate to make the change.

Absolutely brilliant Pure Pet Food and company. Fabulous choice of Pet food, clean, fresh, dry, beautiful food. Pure Pet Food send out a box with your choice of pet food along with 1 large scoop yellow and 1 smaller scoop green. Pure Pet Food work out how much food to give your pet daily going by your pets weight and daily activities, alongside how old they are too and food preferences, stool type, digestion etc.
Just 1 scoop in the morning alongside 1 small scoop full of warm tap water, mix and serve and then the same again for tea time. It couldn't be easier, honestly your dog will love it. Our dog Alice absolutely demolishes it, no waste. Excellent value for money too. Always quick delivery too by DPD, very efficient service. We also downloaded Pure Pet Food app as recommended by the company and instruction leaflets also included in the package. The food also has your pets name on it, the package is also very easy to seal, to prolong freshness etc. We use the app all the time, it tells you when your next delivery date is and what your order is. You can change delivery frequency and change your dog food choices. Excellent, excellent company, very professional, friendly, excellent quality of foods, abd range of products as in dog treats which smell delicious. So peace of mind for us and Alice is eating everything that she needs to maintain a healthy, happy life and diet. Emailed Pure Pet Food yesterday as Alice had ran out of her favourite food and her next delivery wasn't until Monday 3rd August. I received a quick response from Dermot who explained that he would try his very best to get Alice's order delivered tomorrow Saturday 1st August. A little while later Dermot actually rang me to say that yes Alice's food would be delivered tomorrow, we were delighted on hearing this as Alice had actually ran out of her favourite food. Lovely, lovely gentleman very interested in how Alice was liking her food and the transition period throughout the week. We cannot fault Pure Pet Food at all, if you want peace of mind and clean Pet bowls everytime then Pure Pet Food is for you. We will never go back to ordinary Pet Food now, Alice is much happier and is eating which is essential. No fussy eater now, thank goodness.

I have been so impressed since switching to pure, the food smells great in comparison to traditional dog food and my fussy dog gets excited when its meal time (his favourite is the lamb) as he is still being dual fed we have started to notice some of the health benefits and I can’t wait to see how much this improves when he is on a 100% pure diet. Not only this the customer service is absolutely amazing, so responsive and personalised! Thank you pure!
