Quality at a reasonable price

I purchased a man bag/satchel and a leather toilet bag for my boyfriend, Both items were packaged brilliantly and delivered on time. Fantastic quality and really good value for money. I purchased both items when they were on sale. My boyfriend loved his gifts and uses the man bag daily. Would definitely buy from Pureluxuries again.

Cant trust what they say

I would like to register a complaint about this store. I bought a belt and gloves through their website. The website wasnt clear about the measure of the belt. I couldnt know if the size informed was the total size of the belt, or the maximum size that it would fit. Knowing that my waist is about 97 cm, I bought the size XL ( up to "105cm" ).
When it got home, I notice that the belt was too large for me and then I explained my confusion and asked them If I could exchange. They told me that they had measured on an other size of belt (up to 95cm) and they got to the conclusion that the size informed was the maximum size that the belt would fit. In their own word: "105cm should be the maximum size the XL belt can fit - I've just measured the M/L (95cm) belt, and 95cm measures from the base of the buckle to the furthest pre-punched hole".

After reading that I applied exactly the same measuring on the belt that I got and the result was 110cm and not 105cm. I questioned them about it and sent them a picture with the measuring. Asking them to analize, I also told them that the tag on the belt was right (XL). The answer that I got was that if I got the wrong size of the belt I could return the belt. I was hopping that as they sent me a wrong size they would exchange the item, but when the item got back there, they changed the story and told that CK usually does belts larger then what is tagged and they wouldnt exchange my item. They refunded me the belt and the return costs, but refused to send me another belt.

I am upset because on the email they told me one thing after I send the picture and then they changed their mind after I sent the product back to them giving me no choice to stay with the larger belt. Now If I want the belt I will have to pay for another shipping fee.

Our customer care team have issued a full refund for the belt and postage costs which will have been returned to the card / account you used to order, but unfortunately we would not be able to offer free international delivery on a replacement belt on this occasion.

Quality workmanship throughout in design and practicality.

Purchased this wallet as a Christmas gift for my husband who is very particular about quality. He was so thrilled with it. The quality of the leather and design is second to none, particularly special was his initials embroidered on and he was impressed with the amount of sections, on show and hidden, to fit in a range of cards and photos. Gift arrived quickly (even in Christmas rush) and packaging of high quality even without extra gift wrapping service. Thank you, I would definitely recommend Pure Luxuries to anyone. Mrs Day - Kent

Ordered leather bag on Friday afternoon - delivered by 10.00am Saturday morning. Exactly as described. Beautiful leather. E-mails kept me informed of delivery. Cannot fault this service.

Excellent service

The lovely bag I ordered was beautifully packaged and when it turned out to be a little too small for the purpose required pure luxuries refunded my money very quickly with no quibbles and free returns. I would be very happy to use the company again.

Great quality, great prices - shame they use YODEL - BEWARE!

I've been hankering after a certain luxury brand's cross-body bag for some time, but being a stay-at-home mum of two at the moment, I really can't justify a £600 bag for playgroups and the school run. But now, I have found a very similar style on Pure Luxuries for a tenth of the price tag.

I've ordered before from this site before for gifts and the service and quality of the product well exceeds the price of the product. I cannot WAIT for my new bag(s - well, I bought two different styles to try out ...) to arrive tomorrow.

ADDENDUM: They didn't arrive.

I am still waiting for my new bags and am going on holiday in a few hours so will have to go without. They use YODEL. What a bunch of incompetents that courier company is. Waited in all day for parcel. No delivery by 7pm. Email arrived saying it had been delivered! Tried my tracking number online, on my mobile - 'wasn't recognised'. Rang up Customer Services - recorded message. Gave my tracking number - same result and the recorded message says 'goodbye'. Wanting to speak to a Customer Services PERSON, I ring back and LIE that I want to rearrange a delivery - got through to a seemingly helpful girl called Clare who told me it HAD been delivered and signed for at number 7 (not a neighbour as requested then - I live at 25). I went to their house whilst she was on the line. I do know them to say hi to and they said they'd only received one parcel that day from UPS. Good old UPS. This morning I receive an email from a Graham in Customer Service saying my parcel is with the courier and will be delivered today 'before 9pm' - which they were meant to do yesterday. That's no use to me as I leave here at 1pm. Pure Luxuries have great stuff, however I can't contact them by phone to make them aware of the problem and beware that you might not receive them when you want them if they continue to use the bunch of lying incompetents that call themselves a courier company (ha!).

Amazing item, and fast response on enquiries!

I received the item a week after I placed the order, and I could not be happier with my purchase. The bag is extremely well made and the smell of the leather is just amazing.

This is a very high quality bag, and I am more than happy to give 5 star for the item that I bought and also for the service provided

Outstanding & efficient service.

Very impressed with the website, ordering system, efficient follow up with delivery options. First class service, ordered 31 March, despatched 1 April & delivered 2April.
My bag was the last one available & the website was immediately updated to state 'out of stock' as soon as my order had been confirmed.
Would certainly recommend your company to others.

Very efficient !!

The bag I purchased was for my sons birthday in 4 days time , and was unable to go looking round shops, as I was poorly. I started to panic as I was still waithng for another bag that I had ordered from another company (10 days waiting !!!) So when I found Pureluxuries , I thought the range they offered and the prices was very good, giving you sizes and detailed descriptions . Very nicely packaged with its own bag protector when not using the bag. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again . The quality of the bag was beautiful . My son was really impressed, and he's hard to please ,and it came in 2 days

Excellent service and product

I ordered the Kingston leather bag and I'm so pleased with it. Lovely soft leather and neat, with plenty of room and well placed pockets for phone and train ticket. I also love the length of the handles. The service was excellent too, ordered one evening, it was dispatched the next day and received the morning after. I was also notified at every stage, from order to delivery. Would definelty recommend and use again.

Excellent quality and service.

Superb quality leather and a first class 24 hour delivery service. The bag had all the design features I required and is a great help to me when travelling as it has pockets and compartments for all my items.

Efficiency and courtesy unlimited.

I needed a replacement wallet for credit cards and notes - not interested in a coin
pocket being included. All in all I had 2 sent to me and chose the second one.

Throughout I was very impressed with the courteous emails giving progress with
my enquiry and the efficient handling of my small order.

It has been a joyful experience to deal with PURELUXURIES and will do so again
if the need arises.
