Happy I used them
Happy I used them. There weren’t any surprises. They were sure to get me the an amount I was to expect to pay in taxes once my car was here, something no other company informed me of outside of telling me I have to pay taxes on the car. The amount was a little over what I had to pay, but I MUCH rather that than not having been ready like with other companies. The process was easy, they responded to any questions I had very quickly and my car was in Puerto Rico in a week. Ended up being an easy process

it was the last minute that I was told…
it was the last minute that I was told I needed an EIN # from the IRS. no where in any of the documents did it indicate anything about an EIN # . I was so mad and the girl that answers the phone needs to take a course in people manners.

The Ford F-150 to Bayamon
The pick-up was easy, but it took a while to coordinate. The late arrival of the transport added a week to the delivery. Also, there was an unexpected charge for a processing fee. The car did arrive on time, and the pick-up was effortless.
