Since the moment I started working with the transfer of our car from PR to JAX, FL the communication with PRCT was always in a professional manner…PRCT stayed in contact with me through the entire process…all my requirements to be able to transfer the vehicle was very explicit…easy to follow…the day I turn in the vehicle quick and easy…giving us a peace mind knowing that PRCT is a profesional team…during the transition I received information of all the things that were happening until the vehicle reached its destination…when we received the vehicle in JAX, FL it was quick and easy…I didn’t experience any hardship during the entire process…thanks to the team of professionals at PRCT…

Being this was the first time for me shipping my vehicle. I was somewhat on edge of not knowing what to expect. I heard of the frustration it could be with the back and forth with the paperwork.

However I was kept informed of every move from Jacksonville, Florida to Puerto Rico. Upon arrival the process streamlined and the import tax paid and the next day my vehicle was released in time for the weekend. Thanks again

I would give negative stars if it was possible. Terrible customer service, they never answer, leaving you on hold for almost an hour, they lie about the status of delivery, they experience “delay” after “delay” with only a sorry to show for it and no transport. Car has been held for almost a month, and all I get is lies and future dates. Better name for this company is Puerto Rico Car Jackers . Worst experience ever. They don’t have the decency to even compensate you for their complete incompetence and huge inconvenience, or better yet, be transparent and truthful about their limitations. Wish the company was decent enough or had the integrity to return the money and/or cover for the plane ticket to get the car yourself, as they can’t seem to do the job they promise they are experts at doing.

My firsts interactions with Ralph, helpful and friendly guy 5 stars. The 3,4 and 5 I talked with 2 ladies, that they sounds like I was annoying them, one of them barely hear her and don’t want to help. If the ladies were my first interaction I wouldn’t trust the company for shipping my vehicle. Communication by email and information of the status of my process great
