Sharon was very nice helping me get a refund from a $20 recurring monthly charge and closing my account so it would stop. I purchased one set of public records, I should not have been charged monthly. This is shady business.

100% Satisfaction

Alexander was extremely helpful with cancelling the auto renewal subscription that I mistakenly signed up for and was able to assist me with refunding for my mistake. Very appreciative of them and 100% satisfied with service! Can't thank them enough!

The original service was good but I had…

The original service was good but I had no idea I was signing up for a recurring monthly charge. That could have been on me but it should be clear. I didn't notice it on my bank statement for a couple of months. However, when I logged on and chatted with them, they quickly rectified the issue.

Subscription based

They are not clear that this is a subscription. i used this once and only planned to use it once. now im getting charged again for a service im not using. they need to make a 1 time use option and stop scamming people.
