Not a great experience

Not a great experience. Waited forever in line, staff didn't seem too interested in helping, and the whole process felt unnecessarily complicated. Expected more from a national postal service. Hopefully just a one-off bad day.

Worst of the worst


Literally the worst experience ever with customs clearance. My package has been sitting for 10 days with no progress. They never reply to emails, and communication is extremely difficult as they don’t speak English. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
To make it worse, they rejected a small personal gift I sent because of a mascara tube.
Avoid PTT at any cost!!

I ordered hijab via Trendyol in…

I ordered hijab via Trendyol in Istanbul and it was never delivered to me, Never received any call, nor help when I called the call centre to assisst. Instead they said on the system it shows delivered and there’s nothing they can do. Which means either the delivery driver gifted himself my hijab or PTT Kargo is behind all this mess.

Terrible service,probably one of the worst postal operators in the world.Shame !

Terrible service,we have shipped parcel to customer in Turkey and they failed to deliver it.No prior delivery information sent to recipient,than just status return.About 10 days no update.Now just strange statuses updated,maybe they want to steal this parcel,I do not know.I think better not to ship anything to Turkey. Turkish Post,it is a shame how you work !

My brother send me one pair of shoes and a mug from Uk to Turkey and ptt sent me a letter that these item are worth more then 30 euros and mentioned to contact a certain company which i did and they ask me to provide them with the invoices and i did and than they told me as these invoices are not on my name so i cannot get this package.like what..is this for real..very bad experince

I sent a parcel to my partner on…

I sent a parcel to my partner on December 14 2024. It got to Turkey from U.K. in 4 weeks and now they won’t let him have it as it is over 30 euros. They ask for a customs man or something. It’s been sat there waiting and they will not let him take it. The value inside is gifts and photos and some edible things. Total of about 26 pounds. This is awful

Se mai arriverà il pacco modificherò la recensione.

Im waiting a parcel that left Turkey 2december and so far no update on tracking from then.

i send a letter ( registerd) 22gr from turkey to france cost 422 tl0 13 euro or 15 usd... far more exensive like in germany.

WARNING..DO NOT BUY OR SEND ANYTHING TO TURKEY...I sent some important documents to a lawyer in Turkey back in May 2024 And It got lost. So now I had to do all the documents again and re-send about 2 weeks ago And guess what, This is lost too..Just like the first one, It is stuck in Turkey somewhere called Sorting center PTT.

I will post very bad review and I have many evidence u guys liers and lost my parcel and keep saying to the sender that I need to check with uk parcel force and my parcel is in ur system still with Turkish tracking number and never arrived uk or London as I keep check with them and the tracking number should change to uk tracking on arrival that ends with GB u guys are thieves and worse ever and I will make tones of reviews on ur disgusting service and delays u thivesssssss Turkish

The snail is faster

my parcel has been travelling back and forth from istanbul to mersin for 2 months, and seeing by the number of other complaints I'm not alone. This company totally ignores what is written here, and couldn't care less about it's customers, the level of incompetence and lethargy is astounding, If you don't want our money then don't accept our parcels, and we can find an alternative,

Tracked does not mean what you think it does

Sent a letter to the uk from turkey. Paid for tracking. Now the letter seems lost and it turns out (according to their agent) that PTT cannot track it, all they can do is inform me if and when it arrives. According to another agent, the package may still be in Turkey even though their tracking system says the package was transferred abroad. Be careful.
PS. the letter arrived after 17 days, so I am revising my experience upwards

I experienced significant delays…

I experienced significant delays waiting for the e-apostile name, which was of utmost urgency, only to have my transaction abruptly canceled. After weeks of frustration, they attributed the issue to a technical glitch. To compound matters, they then advised me to wait until Eid, adding another two weeks to the already extensive wait time before reapplying. This institution's lack of efficiency and empathy is disheartening. It appears to exist solely to inconvenience and frustrate individuals. Those in charge should be deeply ashamed of their ineffectiveness and disregard for their clients. They have clearly fallen short of deserving any commendation or support.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give zero stars I would. My parcel from Russia entered in Turkey on the 6th and the parcel tracking showed it exited Turkey on the 11th. It's final destination is Bangladesh. Till this date, I have not received my parcel and Turkish post refuse to check or provide any documentation of actually sending it to my country. Beware of this company.

Lazy PTT Bayrampaşa PDM branch

I asked my bank to deliver my credit and debit cards to the address. They said they would be delivered. The normal arrival time was two days at most. But I have not received my cards for 10 days. I called my bank today and after learning the tracking numbers of both of them, I learned that both of them were lying in your branch called Bayrampaşa PDM. We took steps to resend them through the bank. However, I realised that these two cargoes, which should have been in my hands days ago, have been kept at Bayrampaşa PDM for days, not even taken out for distribution and no information has been given to me. You are the cargo company if you will not bring my cargo and keep it away from me. Close the shutters and I will buy it from the place where the card is printed. Barcode numbers of both shipments: 7238470031634 and 7438460045379 Send me my cargo.
