Customer service on the phone was quite rude, even though I was just calling to ask three simple questions (for things that were not specified online) and that took about 3 minutes.

AENA is a total nightmare

AENA is the worst ground operator in Europe, especially on Canary Islands.
Extremaly long waiting for luggage reclaims, 2hrs after my plane has landed, still nothing on the belt.
That "company" should be shut and burned to the ground.
Those bunch of layabouts can ruin all experience of your holiday. Especially on arrival.

Emergency to need a wheelchair SEVILLA

We had an emergency. My husband had just been discharged (few ours ago) from the hospital, and we didn't have time to arrange a wheelchair in advance. we had to catch the plane in the evening. We had a couple of ours to get by the airplane. We hoped to be able to arrange one at the airport.

We eventually got one, but it was only allowed to be used with an airport attendant. There was no attendant available. I tried to explain that I only needed a wheelchair to take my husband from P2 outside to the gate, as he couldn't walk, only limp. We lost a lot of time because of this and almost missed our plane. I personally drove him from P2 onto a baggage cart all the way to customs.

My husband had just come out of anesthesia the night before and shouldn't have been doing this. He personally hobbled from customs to the gate. He was exhausted.

We find it inhumane that my husband was treated like this and that no one helped him.

You should really be ashamed of yourselves. In emergency times, you should be able to help someone. No help was offered at all.

Security is a joke

Security is a joke, they consider dangerous a tool (no knive) of les tha 3 cm long screw driver. When claimed they start giving different versions. Security agents (generalising but haven’t had a single good experience) are just people unable to think by their own, they are not even polite and just want to keep your things for them.

I used the service on the 28th Oct for a flight to Dublin @19.20 .From Alicante airport. it was fantastic the staff were very friendly and helpful and brought me right up to the departure gate. I would once again like to thank the staff and security guard on duty that time. Kind regards, Elizabeth Best.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid £180 for four adults to get into the lounge. No confirmation email ever appeared. Took a screenshot of the confirmation code. Officious guy at the lounge said no email, no entry. We explained situation and showed proof of payment to Aena as well as the screenshot. He said we could pay again or email for a refund. Almost paid again and then heard the noise coming from the lounge, so emailed for refund. One month on, still nothing from Aena. Fraudulent, terrible service and the airport bars and restaurants seem less busy than the lounge itself. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid Aena Lounge at Seville airport

We booked to use the Aena Lounge at Seville airport, hoping to combine dinner with comfort during a 4 hour wait for our flight. Very difficult to find this place as there are no signs for it anywhere. Greeted by a charming young man but everything afterwards was a big disappointment. Very little hot food on offer and even less cold food. Wines were all basic supermarket level. There was nothing luxurious, delightful or restful about this experience. It was certainly not worth £44 each. Avoid!

The Worst VI P Lounge Ever!

The VIP lounge at Seville Airport was probably the worst lounge I have ever visited. It was dirty, uncleared tables, virtually no food left, luke warm hot dogs...YUCK! The staff appeared not to care, no leadership. AND IT COST ME 44 Euro. Never again!!!

I came to Barcelona for holidays but I had an accident and i had my leg operated. At the bcn airport I asked for assistance since I couldn't walk at all. I only faced trouble and people unwilling to help.I had to stand up and sit on another seat for several times. Thank God my husband was capable to CARRY ME ON HIS BACK every time we had to change. At the end they asked me to walk from the entrance of the aircraft to my seat (28A !!!!!) although i had a medical reporr from HOSPITAL DEL MAR that i was not able to move. They even asked me why I don't have my own wheelchair!!!!

General P1 AENA Malaga Airport

Booked on line for parking at Malaga airport terminal. Arrived for an early flight and drove around and around trying to find the correct entrance. No signage, barriers are supposed to automatically open with number plate recognition. It didn’t. In the end I had to leave my car in the short stay car park and pay a €65 a day to get my car out. Completely unhelpful staff. Even though they could see me booking!! Complete scam

Small print €14,85 per day instead of €4,50

We are regular travellers and always book a parking at Aena P1 Valencia, but... During our last stay we had to change our flight back to Valencia by 2 weeks because we unexpectedly bought a new house abroad and because of that we sold our old house as well. Originally we paid €72 for 16 days and the extra 14 days cost us €238, more then 3 times the price of prebooked long stay. Long communication with Aena and a short answer: You had to read the smallprint condition an prolonging a running parking event or booking out the running event from a distance and starting a new one is impossible.
I must say, as being a lawyer even I don't read parking smallprint conditions.
But it is getting far worse. If I would have a valid reason, they would be able to help me. I told them I bought and sold our home abroad. They demanded proof for this, so I send them the contracts. Crazy, isn't it, such a personal thing just for a parking ticket. And the answer was even more crazy: a house is not a reason for us help you...

Long-term stay pre-booked via the App…

Long-term stay pre-booked via the App at Mallorca airport. The payment engine did not work properly. Reserved amount on credit card but did not register the booking. Instead on exit had to pay 4x the amount that I reserved for. Zero understanding from the staff and rude customer service. Customer for more than 8 years
