Dog harness (bespoke one)

I ordered a bespoke harness which arrived 2 weeks later than advertised, but with covid-19 I was expecting a delay. The harness is of top quality, once you adjust the size it take literally seconds to put on.
I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet.

My dogs are super happy with the bed

My dogs are super happy with the bed. Nice and soft. My dogs are not intelligent, so it they are not able to go under the cover on it's own. But we dont mind helping them getting covered. Customer support was great. I always get a reply within the same day. It took a while to get to Australia, but that's due to Covid. Dont hesitate to buy. Update: my dogs are now able to get in under the blanket. I trained them by putting some treats inside. Very happy customer.

Terrible quality product and dangerous to pups

I bought a small ‘calming’ bed for our 16 week old pup. She is not a chewer but was exploring her new bed and was carrying it around the house to find her perfect spot. Her teeth went straight through the flimsy material at the base and it ripped an immediate hole. This happened several times since.

Whilst my pup loves lying in her bed, the quality of the item really is terrible. It’s also dangerous because she was able to pull out the fluff from inside and we found it in her mouth - she could have choked.

Sadly despite trying to get a refund I was told I would have to pay for the postage to China to have a refund. I was told I could have another item sent but they needed a pic of the damage. My replacement item was not approved ‘as the damage to the bed was naturally caused by the pet’. I then had a follow up email saying if I donated the bed to a charity and sent them the proof of postage, they could send me a replacement. Such a bizarre attempt at resolution. The item is simply rubbish and unsafe - I would absolutely not want to give it to anyone else for that reason.

So sadly it’s going in the bin and I’m £30 out of pocket. At least it’s a lesson learned not to buy any other pet items from this company again.

DO NOT BUY THEIR DOG BEDS

If I could give this minus stars I would. I ordered a 2XL "raised calming" bed for one of my greyhounds. What an absolute waste of £64.99! Having been unwrapped for 3 hours the sides are not even. The bottom of the bed is even worse and will offer absolutely ZERO support to a 35kg arthritic greyhound. He'd be as well laying on the wooden floor given the stuffing is shockingly poor. I truly wish I'd read the reviews on here before I ordered it. It's awful and PresentPet should be utterly ashamed that they are selling a worse than poor quality bed for that amount of money. I've also read if I were to send it back It would cost me £50 odd. This in effect suggests the bed is only worth the difference, which is £15!!! DO NOT BUY THIS BED!

If I could leave 0 stars believe me I would!

This company pretends to be based in the UK. It's not. Their offices are allegedly in the UK, but the warehouses where the products are sent from are in China. Realising this after ordering a plush dog bed, receiving what I think is meant to be a confirmation email which contained no order number or details whatsoever just a lengthy waffling email that I couldn't make sense of, I tried to cancel it before it shipped and was told they were unable to do this. 5 weeks later, a series of ignored emails, several excuses as to why they couldn't give me any tracking info and a case opened in PayPal it finally arrived. It looked like it had been packaged by a 4 year old using anything they could find, there were no tags on the bed, no invoice or card in the package - nothing. The bed was extremely poor quality, the furry fabric balding in places, holes in the lining and no where near enough stuffing! If my dog were to get in it she would be sitting on the floor. After a lengthly back and forth of messaging the company through PayPal and advising I wasn't happy with the product - they stopped responding. I had to try and email directly again. Almost 3 months since placing the order now and they're trying to tell me I must organise to return this to to them to get my money back. Apparently they don't understand consumer rights or distance selling regulations. Seriously don't order from this place, it's a complete con. Update 05/07/20 still no closer to a resolution. By email I'm being told to send the bed to an animal shelter and a refund will be processed once I've provided proof of this? and through PayPal they've confirmed that I've received a faulty product from them but have since stopped responding and failed to provide any resolution. If you enjoy migraines, this is definitely the place for you to order items for your pet! FYI Present Pet - yes this is a genuine order but since you failed to provide me with an order number I'm unable to provide those details! Should Trustpilot need to verify my review I'd be more than happy to provide any proof they need. Hilarious how you were so quick to respond to my review here, yet still can't reply to my emails. Just goes to show what you're all about really doesn't it.

Great Company, Outstanding Product

Great! The control harness really does work. Our dog is a 12 year old Springer/ Pointer cross with a good dash of hybrid vigor. He has always pulled when hubs takes him for a walk (because they are best buds & hubs is not the pack leader). The effect was instant-No pulling. It is very easy to put on & take off (no faffing about). Would recommend both harness and Present Pet they kept us updated at each stage. Although the delivery was a little over a month this was due to CV19 constraints, even so do not think this too long a wait for such an amazingly effective product, Cheers Guys.

Give this company a miss- poor quality product

Bought the anxiety bed- expected a high quality well made padded bed for £64.00 instead I got a really cheap badly made shapeless bed with lumpy padding.
Not happy at all and will never use this company again.

Sending new harness

My dog harness looks lovely and was a great price , unfortunately it is just the wrong shape for my dogs frame and a too big so I am unable to continue using Update . I was contacted by company who are sending out a small size which l am extremely happy about. Thank you.😁

Ordered a dog harness- took 8 weeks to…

Ordered a dog harness- took 8 weeks to arrive- didn’t fit well rubbed under his legs, overall was cheap and tacky. Asked for a refund just sent me t&c’s as to why they don’t have to. So I’ve actually thrown it in the bin it’s that awful- £25 wasted.

Was sceptical but very pleased

After reading the reviews on Trust Pilot I was very worried about the order I had placed for an anxiety bed for my dog. I did send an email wanted to cancel because of the reviews but my bed was in transit (this was never updated on the website so if you are waiting for this to happen...it may not)
My dog bed arrived this week after almost 4 weeks after ordering-this is why it’s not 5 stars.
The bed is fantastic, it’s snuggly and good quality and it’s actually the first bed my dog will stay in (for most of the night) without making his way in to my bed!
We may need to get him another one for downstairs :)

I cannot fault the way my order and…

I cannot fault the way my order and subsequent cancellation was dealt with by Valentina. A full refund issued no quibble whatsoever. And then the beds appeared and I was asked to donate them to a charity or rescue💕

AMAZING COMPANY!!!

Amazing company! Had my delivery to the Uk. By far the best company. I ordered Dog beds for my two dogs. Have to say they are so special, my dogs were asleep within ten minutes. So soft and hugged into a nest. Quality is beautiful. Customer service is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Keeping me updated with emails throughout. Wonderful company. Well done guys, you really do go that extra mile, even amid the pandemic.

Product Arrival

Even though we have waited for 3 weeks, Buddy’s new harness and lead arrived today. We are pleased with the product we have received however the long wait and numerous emails have unfortunately left us not wanting to purchase from you again.

Problem Resolved - and Customers Fault!

Ordered 2 x beds- seemed nothing like advertised - wrong colours - incorrect advertising of size. Complained, sent photos, was told being dealt with.
However, what i stupidly did not notice was that the beds were packed inside out and in doing so - the dog bed became larger and guess what - the colours were correct. Yes - it was all my fault. There was a little to-ing and fro-ing however, i do understand why now and it was probably because they had never had an complaint like it. So i have apologised to PresentPet - they did nothing wrong and delivered the goods as stated and advertised. Changed review to 5*.

Nothing like the pictures on the website
Poorly made, no shape and minimal stuffing, wouldn’t pay £5 for it let alone £65. Terrible company- had to chase and chase, and then this arrives... and looking at other reviews seems I will have to pay £50 to ship back to China

did not receive item, customer service awful

really terrible service - did not get my item
asked for a refund and got told it wasn't in their policy to deal with after sales if it got lost in transit
there are many websites that do the same products as presentpet - would advise you to look elsewhere
