I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering and I never would have ordered from them!

1 of 2 beds arrived today after an extraordinary wait time. They say they make it obvious they ship from China but I don’t feel this was obvious, I feel conned.

The bed that arrived is smaller than the size I ordered and flimsy and cheap quality. The other one is no where to be seen.

I have e-mailed for a refund but unconfident of a happy outcome after reading these reviews. If I do not get a refund I will report to trading standards.

I was offered 50% refund on the beds which I initially accepted after reading other reviews and being worried about not receiving anything back. I was then e-mauled showing the refund as 50% the difference between the size dog bed I ordered and the ones I got. This is a complete joke as my dogs can’t even use the beds. Also told I will have to pay to return them to China even though this is their error!!! I have e-mailed again to say this is against Uk trading laws and I want a full refund and shipping costs if they want the beds back. I will continue to update here.

Do not recommend. Waited 31 days for the no pull harness. Tried to track delivery however just not possible. Size was ok, however the quality was cheap. Put the harness on the dog and the clasp just kept slipping loose causing the harness to slide to the side. No matter how many times I tightened the strap it just kept slackening. It's not secure. In essence it's not fit for purpose. Will be returning to company.

LOVE LOVE LOVE our new bed for our puppy Elsie and so does she!

If we go out we watch her on the camera and she is soooo settled in her bed!

It’s great quality and super good value compared to competitor beds. Elsie’s puppy friends have played tug of war with the bed and it’s still very much intact. All pooches that visit make a beeline for the bed!

Delivery was slightly delayed due to Covid but we were kept up to date and able to track our parcel!

Would 100% recommend!

I received dog bed today. It is very badly made poor quality rubbish. I ordered 100x100cm. Correct size just absolute rubbish!!! Avoid! Dog will not even go on it. Requested refund unhappy customer.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid! We thought we had a good deal in buying 2 dog beds especially after one of ours had seizures. Well beds did not arrive for a month to start with and in fact they have arrived separately eventually. Representative ‘Valentina’ was so unhelpful and blind to the obvious extremely unhelpful that we believe we have lost £90 pounds and ended up with 2 ‘XXL beds’ that barely fits our dogs backside. Quality is just unbelievable maybe worth £5 each made in some garage, no tags no nothing arrived in a bag like garbage. Dogs are not going near it they prefer £18 aldi ones instead. We want our money back but there is no one there to care so please avoid if you have large dogs 🙏🏻 scam!

These reviews seem to be either very angry (understandably) or suspiciously positive! So I thought I would give my account. Ordered an XL dog bed for a small border collie as an impulse buy with no research done before. They have a drop down to pick your dog’s breed and then the suggested size which is good and accurate in my opinion.

Processing orders and shipping takes a very long time - processing was a one week and a half, shipping another two weeks (they do state this in their T&Cs but when they claim to be a UK company, this is excessive). They claim to have dispatch centres in several countries but in reality seem to come only from China. Online tracking was actually very thorough. They claim to have a fully refundable service but, yet again, in reality to get a refund you must ship it back to China for enormous cost. When things go wrong, I can completely understand the angry reviews.

In fairness, the dog bed arrived within their delivery timeframe, the right size and the right colour I ordered. My dog also really likes it, especially when she comes in wet from the rain and wants to curl up.

Value for money? Not really. We spotted awaiting delivery you can get the same dog bed in a certain bargain UK store for less than a third of the price - also made in China. The stuffing is not really what I expected for a supposedly researched dog bed. The large cost of the bed likely just absorbs the large shipping costs to the company.

In short, they do what they say and you can get a specific size and colour which is great and my dog likes it which is the main thing. However, do a little more research and you can get much better value for money and get it much sooner!

Ordered 2 beds still waiting for the 2nd bed,the 1st was delivered but no sign of 2nd.Emailed asking for a refund because 2nd bed not arrived being fobbed off, if no joy will be in touch with trading standards, this company is registered in England/Wales so they will be able to investigate, this so called company are rubbish.

I have to be honest, I was frustrated with the 3 week wait for my dog harness. Although when I emailed the company they responded quickly and once I realised it was coming from China the delay made sense given the circumstances. The harness has arrived now and it's great quality. I love it and so does my dog so very happy with my purchase.

Ordered an extra large bed and received a bed that is way smaller. To send it back to China would be the price of the bed. No tags on the bed. Emailed company numerous times but kept being asked to send a picture with a measuring tape. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Absolute rip off and informing Trading Standards

Rubbish, bought a dog bed for my Hungarian Vizsla, who is medium sized so ordered a medium bed. It is too small for her, probably just big enough for a very small dog. So I gifted this to a friend with a small dog and ordered an x large, this is the second biggest size so I was imagining big German Shepherd size but it is exactly the same size as the other one. They are trying to say this is my fault. I requested to send it back and it turns out they are in China.... Expensive. Do not buy

I ordered the wrong sized dog harness. Present Pet customer service were incredibly helpful and, even though my fault for not measuring properly, they replaced with the right size for my pup. Quality of materials and design is excellent. Delivery was slow but well worth the wait. Excellent company, product and price. Would definitely recommend and I have now placed another order with them. Do be prepared to wait for delivery.

My previous review of this website was 1 star. After receiving my order I really do feel it deserves an updated review as the quality of dog harness really is impressive.

Pros - quality really is very good (truelove harness £34.99)

Cons - delivery time was approx 2 weeks. Details of delivery updates are minimal and occur maybe twice per week. Lack of clarity, in my opinion, on where these products are manufactured and ACTUALLY shipped from. Mostly. Mine was from china.

Worst company ever! Don’t order anything from them! Every time I email about where my order is it’s an automatic response email I get. I ordered my pups bed and blanket 22nd May and was advised I would receive this within 20 days, it’s now 7th July and nothing, it still says in transit from start of June and when I ask where it is they keep saying the same thing bare with us! Iv asked for a refund as I had to buy another bed and blanket and they said I just need to refuse delivery however my delivery hasn’t even shown and don’t even know if this will! Reference number 3453

Just disgusting service. I made the order in late November of 2019 and as of today (July 2, 2020) I STILL HAVE NOTHING. Horrible customer service, I have been going back and forth with them because I just want a refund at this point and they just keep telling me to wait.... wait for what a small harness for my kitten that is now too big for it???? These people are ridiculous, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE. What a trashy company.

UPDATE:
Now (July 3rd) that I have complained online they have decided to grant me a "partial" refund. Not sure why partial as I paid in full for something I did not receive. I will continue to post updates on this progress.

Ordered a dog harness, track my order shows nothing has happened since 11th June. Luckily paid with paypal. Dont touch with bargepole, not sure this is even a company just thief's stealing your money

I ordered 2 dogs beds about 3 weeks ago , seemed along time coming and had difficulty with tracking them but I just emailed the present pet company , and each time I did they couldn’t of been more helpful they arrived yesterday, our 2 pooches loved them immediately !!! Good quality, and service thank you

AVOID THIS COMPANY ARE CON ARTISTS.
I ordered the calming bed, waited weeks for it to arrive when I contacted them stating it hadn't arrived requesting a refund they told me it had just arrived in the UK and would be a matter of days. The tracking did not work. It was updated a week later that it had only just left their warehouse in China!
I waited and waited and waited for it to arrive a medium size when I'd ordered a XL for my 5 stone bulldog. As you can imagine the sizing was ridiculous. The material it is made of is completely unsafe, there is no fire safety tag which is illegal. There is ZERO comfort in this bed, If my dog was to lay in it she would be laying on the floor. I payed £70 for this bed to be sent the wrong size and it be made out of rag. After avoiding the subject back and forth they said I am to send it back if I want a refund, which was £53 which they wont cover. Putting aside the product is faulty they take no responsibility for sending me the wrong product!! They have had proof and still refuse any sort of refund.
Even the replies on the reviews are a lie, they tell you to reach out and they will resolve it, it's all a lie they ignore you and fob you off.
DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A DISGRACE!

WARNING: please do not use this company. Unreliable. Ordered the item 2 months ago, still hasn't arrived. Requested to cancel the order due to extreme delays, but they keep ignoring me making all possible escuses not to refund.

An update following sellers response: I never said they ignoring my emails, they are ignoring my request. I requested to cancel the order and issue refund as the delivery time scale is already exceeded more than twise but they keep telling me that they won't do that.

I ordered the pet back pack carrier for my 16 week old puppy.. I got the one suitable for when she is 10kg fully grown so will have to pack it with her towel and blanket so she can see out but I'm very pleased with it. It is well made, good ventilation for her, three pockets for all the bits and bobs and a waist strap so the rucksack will hold firm around me. An excellent product we are going to have lots of adventures with this.
