This company is trusting. I had to wait for a while to get it but it's so worth the wait. And it has my baby boy's name on both sides. I would like to post a picture but no where to download. I'm so happy to have purchased from the company.

Hi all - afraid I must agree with all the 1 star reviews here - I bought 2 X cat beds thinking this company was UK based - that was 7 months ago and nothing has arrived and my emails are simply bounced around. Please avoid and like others on this review website I will be reporting this company.

Bought a non pull harness which was described as strong and suitable for 'dogs that feel like they are yanking your arm off'. That's what the website promoted although they are in the process of changing that cos can't get on it now. Had for two months and my small French bulldog saw a dog and pulled pretty hard - not to the point of yanking my arm off, and he escaped. The stitching holding the d ring just came apart.
Emailed them numerous times. They didn't respond the first time. Told me they will not refund, exchange or repair as outside the 30 days policy. Told them as it's not fit for purpose and only two months old I should be entitled to a repair or exchange. They just kept saying no. So .... paid 44 squid for a strong no pull harness that is now in the bin. Disgusting service.

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered some anti slip dog boots in January which never arrived. Since then I have continued to contact them regarding this and I still have no recieved the boots or a refund. They have now started to ignore my emails! What an awful company!! I wish I had previously read the reviews before purchasing an item from them as this clearly isn't the first time they have robbed someone !!! I wish I was able to spread this message further!!!

1 star is generous. These people are absolutely the worst i have ever dealt with in my life. I bought a harness it came damaged their refund policy says they will issue a full refund after seeing photos of the damage. Still nothing I sent the photos upon receipt back in MARCH. On top of the £40 harness I had to pay £15 posted which I am also out of pocket now to some warehouse in China. The company can't even contact their warehouse to check if they have received it its a scam please spend your money with a reputable website these guys are a joke and I hope they get everything coming to them they give a bad name to all honest online businesses its a shame. Well thank-you present pet iv learned my lesson I hope you will I will be reporting to trading standards.

Terrible service. Offered a 20% refund on an item which was too small for my dog, even though according to the measurement chart it should have fitted. When I said that wasn't good enough they gave me a returns address for China, even though they have a UK base. This company is an utter scam. I wish I'd have checked the reviews before I ordered.

I only wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a £50 dog carrier. No refund as I paid international shipping and not tracked. Offered 20% refund which I refused. Stay away at all costs if you don’t want ripped off

I thought they were in uk. I ordered a cat bed for upto 15kg. It was so small I asked to return it only to be told that it would take ages and may get damaged. Offering me 20%discount. Had no choice but to accept. SCAM

Ordered a pet bed in early December last year. Requested a medium, got sent a small. Way too small for my dog. Contacted them and told they will send a replacement. This never arrived. Emailed them more times to be told it was being forwarded to the logistics team. I haven’t heard from this so called team or received a bed! Don’t buy from this company, absolutely useless >:(

Initial purchasing was ok, but as others said, was led to believe it was a uk based company. Have tried to get a refund, but will offer 20% in light of the fact they doubt the item would get through the postal system in a state worthy of a refund. When pressed they gave the address but postage was to be covered by me so wouldn’t be worthwhile. Avoid

My pets are very happy with their beds. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and the customer service was very accommodating.

Please do not use, operate and expect returns to be sent to china & refuse to submit refunds.

Wish I had seen this sooner, customer service is equally appalling.

Ordered a dog collar over a week ago and paid extra for express delivery was told it was sent that day Now a week later NOTHING so I’m having to buy one elsewhere 😡😡😡😡AVOID

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I paid £40 for a dog bed from a UK business however it was sent from China and resembles an item of wish. Its falling apart, flat and not the correct size. They said I could return to China but I told them they needed to cover postage as its a faulty item. I emailed over and over again but every time they offered me 5% back or they said send it back to china but it will probably get lost or damaged and then we won't refund you or they'll receive it back and deem it not faulty and then I'll be out of pocket even more.

We have been disputing this for a few weeks now and they've actually just emailed me to say your return window is up🤣 I've told them it's already in dispute so that doesn't count and because its faulty I have a longer return window.

These people are so dumb its funny. They don't have a clue how business works. 🤦‍♀️ I am reporting them to trading standards and action fraud now.

Appalling company. Misled to believe they were based in the UK and when the 2 dog beds arrived they are were terrible quality and not worth £5 let alone the £69 I paid for each of them. Their website states that they have a 30 day money back guarantee but only if the goods are sent back to their warehouse in China at your cost.

Disgusting that they continue to trade and get away with it.

Present Pet is misleading customers by having an office registered in the UK. They are in China. If you ask to return something, you have to ship it to China and are warned on their site that they will then inspect it before refunding.

If all websites were this misleading the internet would be a dangerous place to shop. Don't allow this. As per another reviewer I am going to contact trading standards and ACTION FRAUD.

Presentpet are a scam, do not order as their returns policy is that the customer has to pay to return goods to China. They have removed the uk company address from their website. To anyone scammed please contact trading standards and ACTION FRAUD as I have done . The more people who report them the better . This is a company set up during lockdown in order to con people unable to shop.

I agree. Do not use this company. I ordered two 60cm beds. They are not 60cm. Read the returns policy. They make it very difficult to return. Also don’t answer the phone.

Came in time and it in perfect condition. Dont listen to other comments these are good and even get tracking information
