Mistakes in manual
I received the wrong product, but this was professionally handled by the customer service.
When I received the (Villach 140x200 metal) bedframe I ordered, the assembly was complicated because there were a few mistakes in the manual. I followed the manual step by step, only to find out that the information was wrong and I could disassemble the parts again.
If you ordered this bed, the mistakes are:
- step 2: part I only goes on part 7 (not 6)
- step 4: its upside down. The legs should be on the other side (as seen in step 5). Also, you might want to use the J's for part 11 on the top of the head board in step 6 instead.

Beautiful bed just like in the photo
The ordering process is very easy, at first I had doubts if it would be reliable, but this is the PayPal payment process that gives more confidence, the bed arrived in 4 days, super good. You have to know that you have to assemble it. All good, highly recommended.

Poor quality
I bought two dinner-table chairs from Premiumxl24 in June 2023. The one I used the most broke down this week, after only 8 months of use.
[Update] After this review, the company contacted me and very kindly offered me the choice between a refund or a new chair. Very friendly staff, good service!
