I like the quality of the furniture that I purchased.

The glass table I bought is beautiful, but I had to follow up via numerous emails to get the glass top sent. It was very frustrating. The product itself is great, but I don't recommend buying from the site because of the logistics.

I have purchased TV stand Mapia. It was quite cheap, so I didn't have high expectations.

Unlike a lot of other products from other shops I had to order due to moving, the TV stand turned out to be great quality and completely not damaged. It was also easy to assemble. The only problem is that the doors don't move very smoothly, but there is a soap in the kit to smoothen the surface, which I unfortunately noticed only after assembly, but that was my mistake.

Delivery happened even earlier than promised, which was also great!

Everything was sent and delivered very fast, on time. No problems. Easy to assemble, good instructions.

Delivery was good. Part is really good and assembly was easy, though there were some mistakes here snd there in the manual

Delivery was fast and order went well.
The product is as described and the child is very happy with the new bed. However, I am not that sure about its resistance in time. It is a kids bed and every time he sits on it more energicly, the bed makes a cracking sound. Nothing visible yet, we will see in time.

That was honestly the worst customer experience of our life! We ordered a bed, which was delivered with the 2 long sides missing. After hours of trying and automatically disconnected lines, we sent an email. They delivered the “missing” parts, only it was again the parts we had already. They delivered again, for the third time again the WRONG PARTS, and an extra children bed (we never ordered).
Finally, we got fed up and sent it all back, only to realize that they gave the GLS 3 parcel (box) worth of labels, so half of the wrongfully delivered items are still here in boxes, waiting for the shipment.
I am furious beyond words, they have our money, caused us 1 month of stress and chaos, and they didn’t even say sorry.

Unfortunately we’re very unlucky with this company. First attempt they forgot to deliver the 2nd half of our bed - which can happen. But now the after delivery of the missing part went wrong twice already, as they keep delivering the same part as we have already. As a ‘surprise’ they came now with a non-ordered item + again the wrong half of the ordered bed.

Fast delivery, good quality of the product for the fair price, and excellent customer service.

Beautiful product, easy to build. Little silly DPD refused to deliver the two boxes at once. Maybe communicate clearly with them in the future? Customer service of PremiumXL was very helpful and accurate. Happy with my closet now, would order other products in the future without a doubt.
