BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered my monitor extensions just shy of two years ago. At the time the company was called Slidenjoy. I was NOT a Kick Starter backer, but ordered directly from the company's website. I don't know if they are scammers or just horrible at business but not delivering a product within two years of ordering is unacceptable.
Additionally the company changed it's name to Portabl without notifying previous orders. I had to look at message boards to find out what to do. At least they kept my order on their files and I was able to login and request a refund. I've been in that process for over a year with my last two update requests (emails) weren't even responded to. So in my experience this company has no product and won't process refunds.
I'm sure someone (maybe a bot) will reply to this post claiming to be the CEO. They will talk about supply shortages and more but won't offer any real solution. They will also reference all the great reviews on their website, but I can't find a significant number of good reviews anywhere else online. I think the reviews are fake.
If the real CEO or employee responds, please send my product or process my refund. Order number: 603588.

I ordered the monitor extensions in April 2022. There have been severals setbacks for the delivery of the monitor due to material and shiping issues in China. Nevertheless, when I asked for the status, the e-mail support from Portabl always updated me with the available information and status of the delivery. Finaly, in February 2023 I received my monitor extension, thanks to the personal help of one of the company owners. Thanks Charlee.
Monitor works as advatised and is a great help during my business trips.

Looks like an BOT, not even a personal reply.
I ordered screens in August 2022 and still have not received either the goods or a refund even after completing all of their requests and exchanging countless emails and getting onto their chat. Do not use this company ever!!! Save your money!! I hope I don't get another generic response like every other contact I have had with them!

DONT BUY FROM PORTABL! They have no inventory. I placed my order 03June2022 and they took my money with no problems. It is now 9 months later and still no monitor. I am unsuccessful in getting my refund for NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS; the company keeps telling me my refund is being processed. This is ridiculous! It’s a scam. And I will continue to make it my mission to let other buyers know that Portabl steals your money and makes you jump through hoops for YOUR refund.

I must warn potential customers that this company is nothing but a complete scam. I have been waiting for an order to be filled for what seems like an eternity, and every time I reach out to them, all I receive in response is yet another automated email that includes the common phrase that it will be another 6 - 8 weeks. This pattern has continued for an unreasonable length of time, and I am beyond frustrated with their lack of communication and poor service.
It is evident that this company has no intention of delivering on their promises, and their constant delays and excuses are unacceptable. I urge everyone to stay away from this fraudulent company at all costs, as they are nothing more than a group of crooks preying on unsuspecting customers.
I would have been willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they had shown any genuine effort to resolve the issue or provide me with a satisfactory response. However, their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction have convinced me that they have no intention of fulfilling their obligations.
In conclusion, I implore anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice and avoid them at all costs. They are nothing but a complete scam and have no place in the marketplace.

I ordered in June 2022. They told me it would be 2 months delays so I asked for a refund.
I exchanged 56 emails with them and the only response I have is; We are doing everything we can to proceed refunds.
Awful and scamy company that screw people over back with their other business venture right before that selling extra monitors. Funny enough this business got bankrupt after selling for 4M in pre-sales.
Then now Portabl...
These guys are complete scammer.
I found them on Linkedin.
My lawyer is on the case - proceed with your banks for the refund.

They use fake posters and bots to spread the fake message and circulate fake ads, stories and testimonials. All FAKE. I ordered their product on 12 June 2022 - After no product has been delivered despite the 6-8 week delivery guarantee, I have been following up on my purchase since July last year, yet to be told today the new product will be another 8 weeks, but with no guarantee.
The "refund" document is a dodgy Microsoft Word document, that asks for order details that are not provided when you make a purchase. I have asked the "help" for my order details from their end - unsurprisingly with no luck. I have lodged a scam claim through American Express and will be reporting the company to the ACCC.

It feels almost like a scam...Horrible, they do not process cancelation requests, disrespecting me as a customer that trusted them and making me feel like it is a complete joke.... They are still "'processing"' my cancelation request from 5 months ago for an order that never came and that was placed almost 9 months ago.... Always the same answer: "we have a long line, your request has still not been processed but we do our best"..... Even a company of 1 can process quicker.... I truly believe they are simply saying it, but not sure what else to do....

I have had the same bad experience. I also always got the same put offs. No matter if it is about the order or refund, I should always wait 4 - 8 days.

Please don’t insult me with your automated reply you’re an EU company and by law refunds should be issued in 14 days. My lawyers will be in touch good luck with that.
This company is a disgrace, is the product even real other than the images they share on their website because it’s impossible to get a delivery. What’s even more impossible is to get a refund when you find out that “due to supply chain issues” you can’t get a device for months. I’ve been placed on a “refund list” and I’ll be refunded “as soon as the team can get through the huge number of refund claims” - save your money and time and look for better alternatives than Portabl and beware of their online reviews they’re generated by Yotpo which is a service that Portabl pay for so entirely unreliable vs Trustpilot

I placed my order in October and have not received the item or received any refund despite asking multiple times, Unfortunately i didn't pay by C/C so cant claim from them.
They always send a standard email stating "As you know, the improvements to v2 of the Slide have taken longer than expected due to the very complicated COVID-19 situation in China. Even if we have been back to normal life for quite some time in Europe, the USA, and many other parts of the world, we all tend to forget that the situation in China remains very critical. Most of the manufacturers (in all fields) are still suffering from shortages.

Sadly same experience as what most reported. I have been tracking the June 2022 order for months, with empty promisses, then asked for refund in October and filled in the refund form, with yet again more empty promisses. After months of waiting to no avail (no product supplied, no refund) I would happily join any ongoing class action ! It is a shame as the idea was excellent! A disgrace.

I made an order in September 2022 and still haven't received it.
I've seen you have a generic reply you are posting to everyone with a similar review to mine. However, there is nothing about issuing a refund to all these people that haven't received their order yet. Even if it is a genuine company and it is due to storages, you should be offering refunds to customs who haven't got what they've paid for.
