Everything was explained from start to finish and the advisor was very helpful he even went that extra mile so it was a no brainier not to book, can’t wait to visit Dracula’s Castle, just must remember the garlic!

Plus Holidays service was very good until the booking was made and deposit taken. After that there were ignored emails and calls not returned. When I said I wanted to clarify flight, train and hotel arrangements I was told "Madam you should have done that before" BUT....
There was no discussion about the proximity or quality of hotels - Plus Holidays simply booked whatever they chose and it told when we arrived to basic accommodation situated well outside the cities we were visiting. There was also no discussion about convenient train times.
Also my daughter was booked as a child with Easyjet despite me confirming in writing to Plus Holidays her date of birth making her 20. This meant I was unable to check her in online and had to liaise directly with Easyjet to rectify this. It happened again when I checked in to return home.
I question what value Plus Holidays provided to me - quite the opposite. I had to do more than I would have if booked myself. After this experience I will go back to independent travel without a doubt!

Booked my first solo adventure for later this year so I was feeling quite anxious. Chatted with Mike at plusholiday and he answered all my queries and concerns. He was very helpful and even got me breakfast included. I'm now very excited and hope this will be my first of many solo adventures. Would recommend plusholiday and would use them again for future adventures.

Mike was fantastic. He got everything arranged and booked for me within the hour. Extremely efficient. It’s my first time using plus holidays and it’s been a great hassle free experience.

Cannot express how helpful Ronald is. This is the second City break since have booked with Ronald. He is thorough and so so patient. I ask so many questions but he is so accommodating. Plus Holidays, Ronald is an asset to your team. A big 10/10! 🤩

We booked a 3 city break with flights & trains between Prague, Vienna & Budapest. All travel arrangements were good. However we specifically requested twin rooms in all hotels & prior to our trip, one hotel was changed as apparently the original hadn’t got twin rooms. On arrival at all 3, there was no request from plus holidays for a twin . The first hotel accommodated us whilst the others didn’t. We called Kate twice to try to sort it before we arrived at the next hotel. She wasn’t particularly helpful or friendly but assured us that she would call ahead & sort & get back to us. We heard nothing & phoned again to be promised a call back once she had spoken to the 3rd hotel, again no response & the 3rd hotel again only provided us with a double. Kate’s customer service was very very poor & we wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with her which is a shame as it was good value for money.

Gary made booking trip extremely easy. He was helpful and answered all our queries.
