Emirates shouldn’t be dealing with these players

Absolutely abysmal customer service!!!!!
Surely emirates who our flights were booked with should not be dealing with these scammers based on all the bad reviews!!!!!!

An agent called Ryan has been super helpful to me. I booked a flight and I haven'nt received any eticket yet then I decided to contact them in whats app. Spot on! Ryan replied me right away and did his job. He gave me instructions and updated my booking. Now, I have confirmation for my booking and waiting to travel! Thank you Ryan!

Avoid incase issues occur.

As many people have, we've had issues with our flights due to the middle east conflict. We were due to fly into Dubai to transit to Osaka, Japan and our flight was cancelled maybe 4 or 5 days prior so obviously we set out to speak our travel agents to sort a different flight, anything to get us to Japan really. I rang early morning to be told the scheduling team aren't in yet but I could ring back or they could ring me - great thank you! They rang not too long after which I was surprised about as I do imagine it's been a nightmare. The guy on the phone told us our onlyy option was to fly to dubai and wait an entire week until emirates can fly us to Japan. An entire week of our holiday missed, along with everything booked, and an amazing opportunity to stay in a country with missiles flying over our head - what a joy! To say the least we were completely unimpressed and no effort AT ALL was made to see what other options could be done to get us to our destination. We had to contact a family member who worked in the industry to look for different flights and lo and behold we could still get to Japan using a different airport and not far off of our original time. Not sure why this wasn't an option we could've explored and discussed. We told them we wanted them flights and then they sorted it which we appreciate. It shouldn't take some legal spiel and researching flights yourself though? You've paid thousands to a company who is ATOL protected, and where Emirates themselves were asking people to contact their travel agent as they were also rammed. I understand the issue relies on Emirates and I agree they haven't been good at all but this company was no help. Our flight home was then cancelled whilst in Japan (which we did semi-expect) and were given more time thankfully. Being 8-9 hours in front of the UK time wise it was easier to email and we had researched the flight we wanted which would allow us to get our connecting flight and told them as we had previously. It took me contacting their live chat to ask someone to reply to my email as it had been over 48 hours with no idea if we could get home. They finally did after that. I wouldn't recommend them honestly. They haven't been helpful, and I do appreciate they have been busy dealing with everything but to get "this is your only option or a refund" no discussion or exploration of alternatives I do find to be extremely disappointing. I've heard stories from others who have had a much better time with their agents regarding this and alternative flights. I will also point out the staff rudeness, one point my husband had to ask the staff member to stop interrupting him as they wouldn't allow us to ask questions and kept saying our only option would be to refund if we didn't want to stay in dubai.
