Painful returns process
Incorrect item sent to me - the wrong photo was used on the website and the description wasn't detailed enough. It was such a struggle to return the item and get my money back. I had to pay for postage and then separately claim for the returns postage.

Beware items which say are in stock and…
Beware items which say are in stock and ready for dispatch are not. Ordered a part which said in stock delivery within 3 days actually wasn’t in stock and had to be ordered from Germany and took 3weeks to arrive website still showing this part in stock even though this is not the case.
