Dislike,took 2 long to come,unless I paid extra,felt like I did not pay the extra do got pushed behind others,wich really shouldn't happen,just another scam by companys

Exactly what I wanted. Good price and fast delivery.

I have had the system installed for three years & replace the softener each year.
It is easy to replace & it has really cleaned any scale deposit from my system. After it took a few months to clean up the system even the small shower nozzles cleaned up.
A real good buy.

I have to admit that I ordered a toilet frame and flush panel that had gone out of stock. An orange dot was next to the item and I wasn’t aware of the meaning! Within 2 days, they informed me of the situation with a restock date from the manufacturer. They offered a full immediate refund if I didn’t want to wait for it. I held on and it arrived just 1 day more than expected. Price was the best that I’d found anywhere! They apologised for the delay and my inability to contact them by phone. They did however respond to emails within 20 minutes! Overall I feel they did a great service

Everything was good but part of the order was missing. Sorted very quickly.

Telephone contact regarding order impossible however email response quick.

Delivery was a mess as i had to contact Plumb2U as well as the manufacturer to establish that order was out for delivery. No notification at all from any party so pure luck I was in to receive the order. So far several items are missing and I'm awaiting a response from Plumb2U

Got exactly I was looking for arrived as planned fitted in no time minimum fuss thanks will defo use again for anything I ever need

The online website stated they have stock at Watford for click and collect. So I paid in full and travelled several miles to the store only to be told that the item might come tomorrow and that I must wait for another email to say its ready to collect. When I complained about the fact that no where on the order email did it say to wait or the actual fact, that the store does not hold the stock. They said its written in their terms and conditions. Waste of time and ended up costing me. I ended up buying the item from a friendly local plumbing merchant who was very helpful. Don't be misled by this company as cheapest is for a reason.

I ordered a toilet that said it had been dispatched so I removed the old one, I paid for speedy delivery and then a week later nothing had arrived so I emailed and was told it was out of stock.
This has left me with no new toilet and the existing one removed.
