Brand new $20,000 Titan Swim Spa…

Brand new $20,000 Titan Swim Spa leaking from the moment we filled it. Fixed one jet, more leaking, incredible fail! Wish the sales guy would not have sold us on this "superior" British junk. So disappointed! Need to look into lemon law for recourse.

Overall it's been a great hour tub

Overall it's been a great hot tub. Have had a few small issues but the retailer and manufacture have both stepped up to make them right under warranty. Would recommend!

Purchased a platnum spa refresh

Purchased a platnum spa refresh less than a year ago and all 4 suction assemblies are cracked due to overtightening at the factory. The place i Purchased it from is great and are working hard to get the parts and fix it.

The spa is terrific

The spa is terrific. Just got it yesterday but we have been in it 3 times already. No comparison to our last tub, this is on a much higher level. Pleased with the power of the 3 motors. Looks and feels like quality. We are happy with the purchase. Would buy it again!

We love our Platinum Spa

We love our Platinum Spa. The only issue we have had with it was the LED name badge didn't light up when the spa lights were turned on. It turned out to be a faulty connection on the board. A new name badge was ordered and repairs were made within a week with a better looking badge. The old badge was black and blended in to the dark paneling, the new badge is chrome and stands out better.

Great Experience - Spa to Service

First home spa and the Platinum hot tub (Reims) is exactly the right tub for us. After converting to 220v and managing through replacing a stopped screw which hindered access to the motor, etc., we were up and running. The spa is stealth with lots of jets and easy to adjust to get the spa experience we want and need. Service has been stellar (Hearth in Clackamas, OR US) and I feel like I can pick up the phone anytime with questions and they’ll be answered quickly. So far, great experience for my first owned spa!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Purchased the Oslo spa. Have had for 1 year. Cabinetry on 2 sides have warped and 1 side just falls down. Hoping for warranty help but a 1 year old 12k spa should never have this kind of issues.
