Outstanding customer service when we hit a bit of a snag with an incorrect order. They were super helpful and bent over backwards to support l. Also my 1400mmm soaking tub is amazing.
I ordered way ahead of needing it because there was an offer on. They were more than happy to keep delivery on hold until I was ready for it and have offered really good advice. When delivery went ahead it was so fast given we are in Highland. Good all round service. Not got round to fitting it yet, but confident it will be a great addition.
The bathtub itself is great, and I’m very happy with the outcome.
The support experience at the start could have been better, and I think it would help if customer support did not jump to conclusions too quickly, as that gave the wrong impression early on.
That said, Jim was great. He came personally and was polite, professional, respectful, and very down-to-earth. He took the issue seriously, handled the repair properly, and made sure everything was resolved well. I really appreciated his approach, and I know that with Jim, customers are in good hands.
It’s a British company that I trust 👍have used them before and as now and then not disappointed 👍
I would recommend omnitub to friends and family. If i had another bathroom i would order another. The ordering and delivery went very smoothly. The staff were helpful when I needed to check some details. The tub looks great, exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately it will be a few weeks til we get it fitted and are able to use it. Can't wait.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it’s necessary.
My client, Charlie Love, ordered a large bath from Omni Tubs. When it arrived, one of the securing points for the legs was broken — the screw thread was damaged, meaning the bath cannot be installed at all. I attended site on the 18th of March to carry out a pre-fit survey and immediately identified the issue.
Charlie had also ordered a bath panel on the 7th of March (despite my advice not to), and as of today — 10th April — it still hasn’t arrived.
More importantly, we contacted Omni Tubs on the 18th of March regarding the broken foot support. In reality, this is a small plastic component that should take a couple of days to replace. Instead, we are now nearly a month on, and nothing has been resolved.
This delay has completely held up the bathroom installation. While we could have worked around the missing panel, the broken foot means the bath is unusable — so the entire job is at a standstill.
From a contractor’s perspective, this is extremely frustrating. Poor aftercare and slow response times directly impact our ability to complete work and keep clients happy.
If you are a homeowner working with contractors, or a contractor yourself, I would strongly advise avoiding this company. Their aftercare service is simply not up to standard, and it creates unnecessary delays and stress on site.
Good bath, poor customer service, unfortunately the bath wasn’t delivered in the timescale, I had booked the day off work and the bath did arrive but it was at night time so never got to inspect it straight away, luckily it wasn’t damaged, I text Omnitub via WhatsApp but had no response and they still haven’t got back to me to this day
The company are now going around editing their replies to bad reviews - years later - to make it look like they are reasonable and nice people. They are not and their original replies to fair customer service queries were appalling, but their genuine horrible public comments are now being revised. Very gaslighting behaviour, products are ok but the company is not nice to customers if you have any issues once you have parted with £1000+ for their products.

FANTASTIC! The buying process was really easy. YouTube videos really useful to gauge which size tub to go for (the choice is quite overwhelming!!) options galore! We had a query and communication was so easy on WhatsApp. Then updates on delivery were spot on and fast. The tub itself is glorious. Excellent quality and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended company. Keep being awesome!

Where to start… The bath arrived on the appointed day. And so did another identical bath. Omnitub were very good about sorting that out in fairness.
However the finish on the plug and waste soon started flaking off under very light use. Despite 3 emails since November ‘25 I’ve had no luck getting a replacement. Given up. Talking to credit card company now.

Best tub ever! The product is perfect. There is no other tub like it. I am in the US. And wanted a Japanese soaking tub for years. I have joint pain and nothing helps better than hot water. No comparable item available here. Shipping was no problem. The videos helped me pick the size as Tiger hopped in and out. Company promptly answered any questions I had. The contractor had an easy install. The material is amazing and does hold the heated water for a length of time. I am 5'2'' and love sitting in hot water up to my chin. Easy to clean. Easy to get in and out of. I have the Solo Extra. Perfect fit in a small space.
