I am really enjoying the Crossvine Plant that I purchased from Plant Addicts. It arrived in excellent condition and is growing very well. The customer service and delivery was timely and professional.

The plant I wanted - just in time

I had been looking at a plant but not decided. They emailed me that they were almost out so I jumped in and placed the order. Great service.

Careful and secure packing fo shipment and my plants arrived in excellent condition. I was amazed at the size and that there were berries already on them. I will definitely order from plant addicts again!

Neighbor used their phone app to identify a plant in my landscaping that needed replaced. App said it was ragweed which made no sense. No nursery had it. So, I took a couple photos and sent in to Plant Addicts. Within an hour they identified it as Russian Sage. Spot on! They even noted that ragweed is not something that would be in landscaping. Fast, experienced and friendly!

Gorgeous flowers, sent very quickly, and in great condition. You can tell that this company cares about their plants. I just wish I could order more! See you next season, Plant Addicts!

They sell a premium product, packaged for shipping in a way that ensures the plant/flower/bush arrives undamaged and healthy.

I’ve been happy with everything that I have gotten from Plant Addicts..

The plant arrived damaged beyond repair, and the shipping experience was completely unacceptable. The box was destroyed, and the condition of the product made it clear that it had not been handled with the care a live plant requires.

To their credit, I submitted photos and received a refund right away.

That was appreciated, but a fast refund does not erase the fact that the order failed completely.

I am still giving Plant Addicts only 1 star because I did not receive a usable plant, and now I have to spend additional time trying to find a replacement somewhere else. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and better packaging and shipping standards are clearly needed.

Awesome trees, great customer service. I got a replacement tree for one that was damaged. It's been in the ground for a few weeks, and looks great. All 3 of the trees I ordered look great, even the damaged one. I went ahead and planted it, just to see if it would survive, and it seems to be thriving. If I'm looking for trees or plants, I'll definitely check Plant Addicts first.

Excellent quality plants and flowers!! I mean excellent!! Packaged VERY well. Reasonably priced and arrived in PERFECT shape. Plant Addicts is impressive!! Will be ordering again. I highly recommend.

I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of these mock orange plants. I bought the 3# (3 gallon) size and they arrived about 2 feet tall and covered in blooms. One plant was cunningly packaged and arrived securely with negligible damage. The second plant arrived *outside* and alongside its box. It looked beaten half to death, yet because it was so healthy and in such good shape prior to the tortures of UPS, it has bounced back nicely. I am now a witness to the quality of plants sold by Plant Addicts. I am also especially impressed by their packing job. The plant was so securely braced, buffered and collared that I am incredulous as to how the second plant arrived free of its confines. You should have seen me trying to liberate the first plant from its box without hurting it. I was ridin’ high on the metaphorical struggle bus!
Nonetheless, 5 stars! I will absolutely be a return customer. Thank y’all so much for selling ‘Pearls of Perfume’ mock oranges! Indubitably 5 stars.

Plants were securely packaged and were lg healthy plants upon arrival. Very happy with my first experience with Plant Addicts.

The plant I wanted was hard to find anywhere! Not only did they have it, I received a lot of information that convinced me I made a good choice. I was also able to plant complimentary secondary plants. I must have emailed them ten times to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I always left reassured of what I was doing. Then the plants arrived--so healthy I couldn't believe it. And well packed. I'm on my way to doing a project that waited six years until I found the right people to help!
