Quick, easy and no fuss

The lovely ladies at Planet Rental Cars were an absolute delight! The daughter helped us when we arrived and was so friendly and helpful. Then when we dropped the car off her lovely mum helped us too. Both absolutely professional and both beautiful! Thanks so much. We'll definitely be renting here again

Easy pickup from Hertz at Almeria Airport. Upgraded to bigger car for free and it was practically brand new. No issues, staff very pleasant and good price for nearly 2 weeks of great car. Would recommend highly.

Everything was fine until registering at the office to collect the car. There was a bit of confusion as there were so many people not understanding that they had to collect a queue ticket, and trying to do it on the machines! It took me 50 minutes to get the keys!

I booked different car but they gave me another one, better and newer for the same money. They offer me transport from and to the aeroport. Custumer service was quick and polite. Overall a great rent company.

Car was brand new and staff were amazing

Thought I was getting a good deal until I landed in the resort and then spent 1 hour before realising I was not going to get what I had ordered, then I had to hire another vehicle from another hire company. The problem was I needed snow chains to carry with me, and despite checking before placing the online order, and then calling Sixt directly, I was assured by both they’d have them at the airport branch I was collecting my keys from. Upon arrival, I soon realised they are completely disconnected and then I had to fight to get my money back even though the Sixt desk had confirmed. Upon my return to the uk following many calls to each Planet and Sixt - each blaming each other and rude, I contacted Visa and they resolved it based on the evidence I had. Essentially, they are probably okay until you have a special request m, then they are dreadful/rude on the phone along with Sixt customer services. Avoid and just book when you arrive at the airport

Prior to collection I couldn’t access my booking on either the app or website. Clicking on email for “pick up instructions” just came up with error message. Had to trace pick up point with phone number provided. No invoice available as same happened. Phoned in and was assured I had a booking and my issues would be dealt with by email. Just received a really snotty email from them and they haven’t answered the issues! Awful experience not helped by even worse customer service!

First time using this company and really good experience. Very good value for money and straightforward process from start to finish. The only thing that would have been helpful is for someone to have gone through basic car functions. However, would definitely recommend this company.

The rental company was great. It would be better if information regarding where to find the rental company is provided, as the company was not on site.

Had to ring operator from airport supposed to be meet aNd greet be fair followed him aLl way to hotel haD no internet couldn't find office coming back rang from airport but he wouldn't come hungry up on me so left caR at airport
