Very good service, great car and a good company to ewal with

Car was like brand new, clean and fresh smelling. Easy to drive with CarPlay allowing me to use my phone with satnav and nice and more comfortable than I expected for the economy section.

The price itself was reasonable. Service was excellent. However, quality of vehicle from Avis was poor. Car not washed, bad smell, quite a lot of damage and 47,000 miles on the clock.

Staff are incredibly helpful. Customer service excellent happy to order a taxi to return from drop off to station. Uncomplicated hire process from order, collection through return. Special local area knowledge and expertise helped to select correct transmission system for Andalusia terrain. Great car size better than expected as ordered small and received medium.

From the first point arriving and collecting the car to my return. The process was smooth and without fault.
I was fortunate to be given an upgrade, even though the car had some minor scratches I reported these on collection and on my return and nothing was to much trouble.

Rented a car in Tenerife with planet rental cars, subbed to Avis. Great service friendly helpful staff who spoke fluent English. Great car, great price, no deposit, fully insured for everything and even brought back with slightly less than the full tank I took it with as got lost on way to return, offered to pay difference at drop off however was told not to worry…happy days! Highly recommend for value for money, ease and service.

Solo cars were very helpful with a lost property issue and the car was exactly as advertised. Very high standard at a very reasonable price

This has got to be a scam !! Perfect case of too good to be true ! Arranged one weeks hire car from Bergamo airport , and on arrival at the passport control , were queued for two hours for new ID process , phoned the hire car company who informed if we were not there within half an hour of the planned pick up time the booking was cancelled ! So , no hire car , only 25% refund offered as a ‘goodwill gesture ‘ and stuck in airport ?! 🤦‍♀️ How can your reserved car , be taken within 30 minutes .. complete nonsense !!! DO NOT BOOK !
