I recieved 7$ it was 39$ before they proceded to rob me.I looked back at the block chain and all details they literally stole my money.

I experienced multiple wrongful liquidations on my Pionex bots between Oct 10–15, 2025.
The platform recorded liquidation prices far below the real market prices on Binance, TradingView, and CoinMarketCap at the same timestamps.
When I provided over 60 screenshots and full price comparisons, Pionex support kept repeating generic responses like “everything was working perfectly”, without a single technical explanation.
This is not acceptable for a trading platform that holds client funds.
I have publicly shared the full timeline and screenshots on a well-known crypto discussion forum (you can easily find it by searching the title:
“Serious Pionex Error – Bots liquidated at fake prices”).
If you had similar experiences, please check that discussion, share your evidence, and help push for transparency.
Together we can expose what really happened during the October 10–11, 2025 market crash.
Official proof from Pionex’s own Terms of Service:
“Pionex services are not offered to residents of Singapore.
Users from Singapore are not permitted to create or use a Pionex account.”
Yet on their Trustpilot and official website, they publicly list Singapore as their registered business location and claim to operate “under Singapore’s financial infrastructure.”
This means they are officially based in Singapore, use Singapore’s credibility, but at the same time ban Singapore citizens from using the platform to avoid MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulation.
A company that hides from the laws of its own country while serving foreign users has zero transparency and zero accountability.

I do not recommend anyone to use Pionex.
Their fees are high, and they don’t let you fully control your own funds, they don’t let you withdraw your own funds, they Will lock or take away your own money. Pionex locked my MLN (Enzyme) tokens after delisting them without any proper notice. On other crypto exchanges, if a coin is planned for delisting, users can see a clear warning message when they tap on the coin or receive an email notification. Unfortunately there is no such thing on Pionex. And they did not redeem the tokens immediately, I had to wait more than 7 days. During that time, the market price went above 17 USDT, but Pionex later sold my MLN and credited me by lowest USDT per token.
This delay caused a clear financial loss and missed opportunity. They sold my assets at a much higher price but paid me much less, and have not offered any reasonable compensation or explanation.
It feels like Pionex had full control of my own funds and acted without transparency. I believe they owe me the difference and should take responsibility for handling users’ assets fairly.

Best bot exchange hands down very simple to use and it has everything you need it's almost complete, only missing two features that i've personally requested, other than that very recommended

⭐️ 1-Star Review — “Pionex Support is a Complete Joke — Copy-Paste Replies, Denial, and Disrespect”
During the October 10 crash, hundreds of users from the BitBull / Trademania trading community faced the exact same issue on Pionex:
The app and website froze, bots stopped responding, and margin transfers were stuck loading for minutes — making it impossible to react before liquidation.
The BitBull x Pionex Support Chat (inside the official BitBull Discord) had to be muted because chaos broke out — dozens of users reported identical problems, screenshots, and videos.
Even Pionex’s own support employees inside that channel responded with laugh emojis, mocked affected traders, and kept repeating the same useless templates.
Meanwhile, the so-called “support team” (Andy, Ben, Sean, Alfred — probably all the same person) keeps sending identical copy-paste replies that completely ignore what you write.
Each one contradicts the last:
– One says my bot was “already liquidated.”
– Another admits “visual delays” may occur.
– And another claims “no outage or delay ever happened.”
All of this while users in the same chat watched the platform freeze in real time.
To make it clear: BitBull and Trademania are not the problem here — they’ve been trying to escalate the situation responsibly.
The issue is 100% on Pionex, whose staff shows zero professionalism, zero transparency, and zero respect toward their users.
Even after multiple emails and days of back-and-forth, they refuse to share any backend logs, timestamps, or explanations — just the same robotic messages over and over.
This is not customer support. This is corporate gaslighting.
If you value integrity and accountability, stay far away from Pionex.
Update:
The company’s reply here is word-for-word identical to the e-mails I have already received from their so-called “support team” — sent by four different names (Alfred, Ben, Sean, and Andy) over several days.
Each message repeats the same lines about “sympathy” and “volatility” but completely ignores the actual facts I described:
– The Pionex app and website were unresponsive for several minutes during the price crash,
– margin transfers and bot controls were delayed or failed entirely,
– and hundreds of users in the BitBull community experienced the same issues at the exact same time.
Instead of addressing any of this, Pionex keeps demanding “screenshots” as proof of a system malfunction — something absurd to ask for in the middle of a live outage.
Their replies contradict each other and show no evidence that any real investigation was ever done.
Copy-pasted sympathy is not customer service. Transparency and accountability would be.

I have been using pionex for a while. Once I mistakenly deposited tokens to an address in polygon, chain that they don't support, they help me recover my funds to the sending address while being very communicative and responsive through the whole process. Very happy with the app and with support.
Extremely risky for leveraged trading because of very poor liquidity on this platform !!
To be completely avoided in times of high volatility!!

Transferred funds to a token that was not listed. Contacted support and they assisted me quicker than I expected. I will be receiving my funds in 30 days. Great work team. Thanks.
I have been using this exchange platform for 5 years now and i have to say they are the best, they've updated the platform to a whole different level. I have been resesrching, learning and tried to understand every single bot they created. Most of the people who join on pionex leave bad reviews because they do no know how the bits work, it's very hard for a noob to understand how all these works, even some of my friends left bad reviews because they didn't know what they were doing and had negative unrealized losses with bots. The app is perfect, the customer support is perfect just join the telegram group and ask anything, the lowest fees I've seen and now they've even have a crypto card. For me this is the best platform. The only negative thing for me is that they still aren't regulated so I'm Afraid to put lot's of money in this platform, however they have a pending approval for regulation in Singapore. If that gets accepted i could invest even 40% of my total wealth.
Pionex clearly promised a $50 bonus for registering for an event, as confirmed by their support employee. A specific credit time was given - Friday before 23:59:59.
However, when the bonus was not credited and I asked for an explanation, they justified it falsely, claiming that a deposit and trading were required - conditions that were never mentioned before.
This behavior is pure deception. A platform that does not keep its simplest promises and makes up conditions after the fact is completely unreliable. I BEG YOU, DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE! Your funds could be at risk.

Security tip: only use in-app support. I fell for a fake Telegram “Pionex” bot and got hacked, but Pionex froze my account before I lost all USDT. Regaining access takes effort, but that’s a good safeguard.
No withdrawal issues so far — I move funds between exchanges regularly. Negatives: my account is still frozen, so I can’t create bots until I finish their proof process.
Overall: easy bots, fast support, solid platform. Stay safe with 2FA, VPN, and a password manager.

Had an issue with an error coming up when trying to access future bots.
Got a quick response in the chat. Issues had to be passed on to another dept. Took 24hrs but was resolved & got email notification letting me know.
Inconvenient at the time but at least up & running again.

Hello, I see that you are continually improving the exchange and the Bots. Thank you, you have the best Bots in the world. I use your exchange all day, every day. I want to recommend another change that would help with my day-to-day trades. On other exchanges, when you place an order, place a stop loss, or place a take profit, they give you an "option checkmark" to turn off that confirmation message from ever appearing again. They also give you the option to opt out of the confirmation message when you move the Order Line bars and the TP/SL Control Bars. Having to confirm moving these Bars every time takes twice as long, and when scalping fast trades, it can cause you to miss the move entirely. Other exchanges have a little opt-out check when these messages first appear, and Pionex users would benefit greatly if we had that same choice. If you already offer this choice, I can't find it.
