Pinlock is a highly reviewed product. However, for me it is completely worthless. I’ve purchased a lens but cannot install it. All of their instructions and videos are for a different mechanism than I have. They have three different sets of instructions for my helmet (Arai Regent X) and the shield in my helmet is stock (VAS-V-IC) but their instructions do not match the pins I have. I’ve found one video by a user online but it’s not in English and I can’t get a good translation. I think what the user is saying is that they broke the pin in their visor trying to install the Pinlock and that they couldn’t figure it out either.
I’ve contacted Pinlock through their website and a week later directly through email. Neither request for support has received any sort of reply.

My Pinlock lost shape and wouldn't seal to my visor after 12 months of use.
I messaged them and delt with Jeroen. After emailing back and forth for a couple of weeks, sending photos of the visor he asked for a number that comes on the packaging (as if i still have that) and then left it without replacing the product.
Keep your receipts because Pinlock don't back their products!!!!

pinlocks do not prevent fog and once they fog they take forever to clear. i have now tried 3 pinlocks on an AGV AX-9 carbon and one an Shoie RF-1400 to test if it was a flaw in the helmet design. these are literally made to absorb moisture so in a 100% RH environment they are going to fog despite the advertising showing them in the rain. and that is from their corporate office. save your time and money if you ride in extreme conditions... ok for the weekend warrior who doesn't need it anyway.

I had a problem with my pinlock that couldn't be solved through their troubleshooting videos and they were kind enough to replace the previously bought one without any quibble - Vianne was awesome...

Great product with excellent customer service. Dispatch and delivery time was exceptionally fast. Cannot recommend more highly and would definitely deal with again. Had a minor problem with an incorrectly ordered product - my fault - and customer service were more than happy to assist in rectifying the situation.

The Pinlock Protectint lens was ordered for an AGV AX9 and arrived in less time than expected via DHL. Unfortunately, it was creased in one corner. A quick email with a pic resulted in a replacement being sent without question and it arrived from Holland to Australia in less time than previously and included a free gift of earplugs. Fantastic and trusting service!

I decided to get in touch with Pinlock with an enquiry and it was so refreshing to not only get a quick response but also the offer of a solution. Pinlock demonstrate just what good customer service looks like and should be highly recommended. Brilliant !!

The best product a biker can buy, i have had already it on 3 helmets and for me it is more importsnt than the helmet itself! In all the helmets should be inclued the pinlock!

I’ve been using Pinlock visor inserts for quite a few years now and it’s truly an exceptional product that I would never go without.

After 6 years of using various Pinlock’s, I bought one recently that was allowing condensation to build up on the Pinlock. I contacted customer support and the service was absolutely fantastic. Laurence dealt with me and always replied promptly to my emails and the sorted the situation out very quickly - one of the most pleasant customer service experiences that I’ve ever had with a company! I couldn’t be happier and look forward to using Pinlock products for many years to come, thanks very much for everything!

I ordered Pinlock visor for my AGV Pista helmet. Website states it will fit this helmet. Needless to say when the product arrived it did not fit the AGV visor. Emailed customer service and sent photos. They told me the visor would not fit my helmet. They told me to send product back for a refund but I would have to pay the $24 shipping charge.

Really nice experience.

My lense shipped out fast, and arrived within the promised timeframe.
And the product itself lived up to the description. Amazing product. (120 anti-fog lense for arai helmet)

Minor thing:
I didn't receive any email confirmation after buying. Only response was when my order got shipped.
