Terrible experience. Avoid by all means. They promised prompt installation, AEG solar panels and an app to check the production. As soon as I did the pre-payment the postponed the agreed date by half a year. Then they postponed again twice. I did not get an app to check the production and I do not even know which brand they used but I suspect strongly it is not AEG. I spent months unsuccessfully trying to contact the customer services.
Then I gave up and decided to forget about this company for my mental wellbeing.
Then they contacted me falsely accusing me of not having paid my bills because they are so incompetent they cannot keep their books.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Terrible company - almost impossible to contact.
Initially our panels were generating only 30% KW of what was quoted before installation (our neighbour is generating x3 with the same panels). We were told that someone could visit us in 5-6 weeks to fix - that was 8 weeks ago. Now the the panels generated 0 KW for last 3 weeks - and we are trying to reach them.

They don't even deserve one star. Installation service was quick. After installation we are trying to reach them for 2 month as one of the panels does not work. No reply. Have been calling - nothing. Sending emails - nothing. And now we have roof leak. Will be involving legal assistance to deal with them. Please do not choose this company. They do the work quick but they do not take any responsibility or action afterwards.

Panels flew away with the storm. Company does not want to take any responsibility and is not willing to find a solution. I am looking forward to find other people who have similar experiences.

Disappointing Experience with an Unreliable Solar Installation Company

I deeply regret my decision to engage with this solar installation company. Over a year ago, I paid a substantial amount in advance for their services, expecting a smooth and timely installation. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

From the beginning, it was clear that communication would be a challenge. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email and phone calls, the company consistently ignored my inquiries, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated.

To make matters worse, during the installation process, they attempted to substitute the AEG solar panels I had paid for with lower-quality Chinese models. This blatant disregard for the agreed-upon terms added insult to injury, further eroding any trust I had in this company.

Left with no other choice, I am now taking legal action and will be bringing the matter to court. I find it utterly unacceptable that a company would take advantage of customers in such a manner, and I hope that my case will serve as a warning to others.

In the meantime, my advice to anyone considering using this solar installation company is to proceed with extreme caution. Ensure that you have clear documentation of your agreement, and be prepared for potential disappointment and delays. It would also be wise to seek legal counsel to protect your rights, should complications arise.

Overall, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a huge scam. Save yourself the headache and seek out a reputable solar installation provider that values their customers and delivers on their promises.

What a SCAM! I paid in ADVANCE 20K. I have been waiting more than one year to finish the installation. I paid for AEG panels, but they brought a Chinese version! Luckily I was at home, so I was able to detect the scam. Now still waiting for the DTU module. Honestly, I didn't know that Turkish and Marocan owners operate this company, so this is why the quality and scam issues are very typical.

IMPOSSIBLE to work with. I had the solar panel installed and told me they will get back to install meter. I called them SEVEN times and everytime they said they will call back but never do. I wrote email, no reply. I am not even sure what I should do next, I have no idea if the solar panels are working.

Good communication, very efficient installation service. Now I have 9 solar panels on the roof of my house, installed in about 3 hrs. Let's see how the production performance are going to be, to check the cost/benefit.
